Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.14/day in the week to Aug 20 → 109.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
A WW1 action game built around fully destructible battlefields where chaos reigns supreme. Explosions tear through terrain, fortifications collapse, and the front line can change shape minute to minute.
Over The Top: WWI turns the grim setting of the Great War into a frantic playground of destruction where plans rarely ever survive first contact.
Charge as a rifleman, build as an engineer, clear trenches as a pyromaniac flamethrower specialist, or call in airstrikes as an officer. Each class has a clear job on the battlefield, plus plenty of room for improvisation. Choose from three factions: France, Britain, or Germany, each with eight distinct classes. Unlock new equipment and customization as you play.
A dynamic, destructive WW1 Sandbox: blow up everything, dig anywhere, reshape trenches, collapse buildings, destroy fortifications. Explosions leave permanent changes that affect sightlines, routes, and cover. Fight across multiple maps, playable in different seasons and daytimes. Use the full map editor to create and share your own battlegrounds.
Dive into massive 200-player battles! Drop into the middle of an epic war movie, packed with flying debris, collapsing trenches, charging tanks and objectives changing hands as the ground itself gets carved up - pure multiplayer madness awaits you.
Bring flamethrowers, poison gas, shovels, dynamite, artillery, airplanes, machine guns, and a lineup of vehicles and experimental tanks. Gear up with a mix of historical weapons, use a vast lineup of different vehicles, and other items: slap enemies with a baguette or play the bagpipe to boost morale! Have you ever driven a tank with 10 other players inside? In our game, you can do so!

I played this game in Beta a lot and even if I don't have a lot of playtime since release, this is truly unique. Yes, it's still a bit raw, the gunplay could be much more immersive but the overall experience imo is unmachted. The moment you first spawn in (be it SP or MP) remotely close to the front, your are at war. Explosions rattling your senses, smoke and poisonous gas taking your avatars breath(running around with a mask is terrifying), razorwire to avoid, desolate terrain and someone is being cooked in front of you by a flame thrower. The natural reaction to being dropped into this hell is to dig yourself a hole to escape immediate harm and thankfully the game provides most classes with a shovel. Engineering becomes a matter of survival, else you will get sucked into endless respawn waves running into machine gun fire. Pro tip, jump into a existing crater that just blew up your friend and start there! If you crouch you can get safe relatively quick. I find this game incredibly tense and can only play it for relatively short amounts of time, 30-90mins tops. (I don't have this with any other games really) People in the reviews diss the player numbers, but I think this is a good reason for it. You are disposable, your fate and contributions often matter little in the overall picture (although it's certainly possible to have big impacts as single player or small groups) and that ditch you spend the last 5mins digging might have contributed nothing. Like most games there is probably a good meta you could go for, farm those kills and make the game tedious and boring for you. I encourage people not to play this way but to let the war hit you. Turn off that 3rd person camera and get your head down! The terrain transformation by player interactions, not only by building tools but also combat effects (grenades, artillery etc.) just by the matches naturally progressing is incredibly fun and better done than most games I have played. The area around the objectives you are fighting around often quickly turn into convincing ww1 hellscapes.
This game is so much fun I highly recommend it if you are looking for something that is more in-depth than Hell Let Loose. There isn't supply lines but most trenches are dug by you and engineers. The firefights can be a bit wonky and the class systems are a bit unfair but its definitely in my rotation until it dies. Its so much fun to jump in on a game and either run and gun or just dig holes with the bros. The point system is a great idea that allows you to buy whatever you want for each class. It is not restricted by level. So Jump in and go over the top!
great game, many slurs in the chat and imposibly annoying to be good in
awesome
More fun than I expected. When you start you will die a lot! To be expected I guess. Graphics are basic but the class types and battles are fun. As I've played more I have come to really appreciate the audio as battles feel authentic: explosions, cries of pain, whistles, even bag pipes at times. Makes for immersive experience.
trash game, shooting mechanics of a game from the early 2000s. would not play this game waste of time, go play wardogs or counter strike
