Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Aug 24 → 2.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 17: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This game is a masterpiece! It has beautiful art style, charming story, memorable music, and a fun combat system. It's an experience that should not be missed!
Zelda-like中的GOAT
I can't put into words how much this game truly means to me. It's such an amazing experience and I truly try to get everyone I know to play it. It's an absolute masterpiece which truly touches the soul.
I had a great time with this game. I originally wanted to play it because of the beautiful art, music, and unique brush mechanic but ended up loving the story and realized game world. It's not very challenging if you just want to casually play through and enjoy the story, only a few tricky parts but not bad at all. I highly recommend a controller and some type of driver level frame generation to play at 60 FPS. I played for about 10 hours at the default 30 FPS and it felt sluggish and gave me eye strain after an hour of play. I only really have a single complaint and that's the slow pace of the dialogue. Most of it can be sped up with a button press but I wish there were an option to have it play faster by default. Other than that, if you go in with the expectations that it's an older game with an older game design then you'll enjoy it and be surprised by a few things that modern games don't do as well. It took me 37 hours to go through casually and not trying to collect everything or do every side quest. I could see another 15-20 hours to finish all of the content but I've had my fill of this wonderful game.
Beautiful and makes you feel awesome, yet very casual and comforting, not very demanding. PS2 classic in HD from the team which eventually turned into platinum games (Bayonetta, Nier Automata). At least one of my top 5 of the system. Best with a controller. Port is not very impressive. Resolution does not want to default to the setting defined. Weird crash like freezes once in a while, but is stable otherwise. Good luck if your going 100% without a guide.
A graphically unique linear story game
I like this game, I played this game for a first time a long time ago, I have a lot of nostalgia tied to this game because of this, I still to this day think that this is a game that people could enjoy experiencing if its the type of game that they do enjoy. A story of an unlikely, yet destined hero. I would recommend Okami if you like a nice story game (35-60h depending on your pace & completionism tendencies), can deal with the port being 30 fps, and don't mind a the linearity and handholding in the beginning in parts and if you can appreciate the unique art style, storytelling with fun character personality specific dialogues and really impressionable characters.
Note before purchasing:
Above is my general consensus on weather I recommend the game or not, below I go into detail about why or why not this game may or may not be for you & general tips for fist timers.

The button to skip a cutscene on keyboard is F1, you welcome.
30 fps lock (old game programming limitation, except in the menu for some reason).
Games graphical settings are tied to save-file, so if you check the settings & change them before starting a game and before creating a save-file, and relaunch the game, you will just loose the changes. Start the game save and change settings afterwards.
As soon as you launch the game, it will throw you into a skippable cutscene before the menu. You will get this exact same cutscene UNSKIPPABLE (at least it used to be) when you actually start the game. Do yourself a favor, skip the first cutscene before the menu at the very start of the game.
There is no way to change audio sources within the game. Depending on how complex your audio setup is (looking at you streamers) keep that in mind.
Okami plays a lot like Zelda games, boss battles and gameplay is more "mechanics tied progression" than just "I go here and kick the a** of the boss or enemies with all my power". The battles especially in later game are more like puzzles, enemies have gimmicks instead of just large HP pools, figuring out the gimmicks makes it a lot more fast and efficient to deal with the general enemies, and sometimes are the only way to defeat a boss. You can find yourself in a situation in the game where you feel utterly stuck and don't know what to do next, only because you forgot about a mechanic that got introduced to you 20 hours ago. This is normal, you are not stupid. The original game tends to have a weird mixture of extreme handholding, but yet suddenly you having to figure out a mechanic just from context clues. I think they did a better job with having more of a failsafe for this new release, but for people who want to figure it out on their own, it can be frustrating.
