Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
Octopeak made me feel like I had to write a review even though I’m still only halfway through the game. It’s that good. The story is brutal and dark you can expect anything to happen. The art is amazing, but what really pushed me to write this is the soundtrack it’s absolutely godlike. I started with OT0 even though it’s the latest game in the trilogy, since it’s actually a prequel to OT1. I’m already planning to play the series in order now I’ve bought OT1, and I’m aiming to get OT2 as well so I can experience the full trilogy and the future games. Square Enix games are expensive, but they’re well worth it.
Really enjoyed how the eight characters slowly start feeling connected, it gave me a bit of that old Suikoden vibe where everyone seems part of something bigger. Combat and visuals are still great, but the shared story direction is what made this one click more for me.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 4: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3/day in the week to Jul 30 → 4.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

good굿
Each Octopath is better than the last. The best of Square Enix's talent, and the worst of their heart. By considering us Spanish-speaking users, the fourth most spoken language in the world, as second-class citizens, by excluding our language. And forcing the community to impose the Spanish language on them, with our own hands, after paying the full price. Even so, it deserves a 10/10. Everyone should love this game, and we should make sure they don't repeat this mistreatment of our language in future RPGs.
The rings are evil, he said! I need to take them to a special place, he said! I have to throw them into the flames, he said! Nothing can go wrong after that, he said! JFC, lil' bish straight up lies to us and when the crap goes down, he tells us "you're the ChOsEn OnE!" and skidaddles. Imma be honest: this is kinda dark. Tons of likeable characters die in each chapter. If you get way too attached to characters, this may not be the one for you. There's like a death at the end of each chapter. LOL.
It's great!
OCTOPATH TRAVELER 0
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3792033473
A k tomu ta hudba! A ten soubojový systém? Co ti naopak trochu zkazí ten herní amok Abych jenom nekřičel nadšením u televizní obrazovky – hra tě nenechá nadechnout a nutí tě do brutálního, až 100hodinového grindu.
"You can become anyone. You can go anywhere."
(dragon quest, FF, bravely default, YS...)
