Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.14/day in the week to Sep 1 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Nightingale is an underrated gem. It's a great ambiance and survival game. The ambiance is top: You wander in abandonned realms with only occasionnal NPC, but with mystic ruins and some ancient mysteries in the storried realms. the storried maps are beautiful (especially with lumen activated) and trigger some melancholia. The survival is based on common principles like hunger, but also more uncommon ones like being wet from the rain, or sunburn or poisonned by swamp waters. This make sure the umbrella is a very mandatory item to protect from the elements (in addition to allow gliding). Also some rare ressources are hiden in most of the realms (you need to mark them for later). The crafting is also very rich: you unlock numerous recipes, but the required components are a family of materials, not a unique component. Let me give you an example: the early game gras rifle needs a metal barrel, a metal hammer and a wooden stock. You can make it out of the first metal you find: tin and basic wood. But if you male it out of Copper and golden plated wood (that you can find by destrying chests scatered in the realms) it will get 6% damage for each component dur to the material used bonnus. The more complex crafts in the end will allow for even more optimization There's also the housin that allow to easily make beatifull homes as the base panels are very detailled. Compbat is fun and tense, your guns are often one shot or semi auto with a small magasine at best, you have to make every shot count and many ennemies move fast. The feeling for the weapons is good with impact on each shot / swing. The setting is also cool: the end of the 19th century is rarely used and there's a old adventure films ambiance to it. And the portals used to move from realm to realm Of course everything is not perfect: it is not an RPG, there wont be a ton of NPC and quests, the exploration is also different from what we expect as the realms are generated procedurally around a preset map. The storried realms are varried but every additionnal desert realm you create will have the same geography that the base one for example. For me it is a very good survival / craft game that is too often forgotten
Not recommended. Was on the fence on buying this game, been on the fence on buying any Early Access game since the last few i did were a disappointment, studios delivering half baked games and abandoning further development should be a crime... Or at least Steam should allow it's CUSTOMERS, you know... the one's that are actually paying for stuff.. to obtain a reimbursement when that sort of thing happens.. Anyways.. ranting aside. The game has nice graphics, nice music however, quests are quite stale, go fetch resources, assist someone with building stuff... combat animations are quite bland.... I'd say it's more of an action adventure with survival. What did it for me was having my character disappear after almost 50 hours of playing. I guess if the game was good enough it wouldn't bother me as much to start from scratch once again... afterall, who hasn't replayed some good games in their life... well... this one's not going to be it.
Janky rn but a fun af game
great game for exploring, feels like an indiana jones adjacent expirience with more style :D
A bit grindy and questy for me. But still fun, you can build some ok things, though it is not as good as some other building games. The idea of generating world maps to explore or inhabit as part of the actual gameplay is really cool and exploring those maps was a lot of fun.
7 months, no updates. Game may not be dead but the prognosis looks grim and the power keeps flickering for the life support.
nice open world but not a lot of content to fill the void
Got to say, this is the best £4.99 I've ever paid for a game. Yes, it's still 'early release'. Yes, some of the creative minds behind this game have been moved off the project. Yes, it's a bit janky in places, but .. the story, the theme, the ideas, along with the general smoothness of game play, the progression through crafting, the ability to build an impressive base / home for yourself .. plus the nicely designed landscape and the visual art of the game .. yep, that's a very good £4.99 (sale price) spent. Excellent game.
