Reviews
Abandonware. This would be a great game if it was in alpha still and under development. It's extremely clear that they got their Early Access audience and then jumped ship. They quickly pushed it to fully released once they realized that they don't know what they want this game to be. Placing this into an alpha category gives a pretty good illustration as to what's going on here. The graphics are terrible, the optimization is terrible, the animations are terrible, the voice acting is terrible, there is no random seed gen, the party system is terrible (and each player must individually complete the exact same quest- to include building the exact same redundant workstations over and over). The core gameplay loop revolves around basebuilding and scavenging/exploring, only the narrative clashes with this, so you're just left with a sloppy mess of a lack of clear direction on what the game even is. Yuck.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

If you like to play with your friend... you won't like this game. Every quest and craft must be done by each player and it's REALLY ANNOYING. Won't play again unless they change that.
This used to be a good game, until the developers apparently played Dark Souls 2 and decided to copy its worst design choices. Combat was always a bit clunky, so did they fix it? Nope. They doubled down on it. They added bosses with one-shot mechanics with lightning-fast tells, and hyper-aggressive movement. If you’re not already moving when they start the tell, you’re dead. The companion system is a good idea in theory, but the AI is poorly written. Companions constantly stand in front of you instead of behind, blocking attacks and getting in the way more than actually helping in combat. Their gathering ability can be useful, but half the time it’s faster to just do it yourself. The dialogue is stale, cliché, and gets boring very quickly. Yes, I’m focusing on the negatives rather than the parts I like, but that’s because these issues undermine nearly everything positive the game does. When the core problems affect roughly 90% of the experience, the remaining 10% isn’t enough to balance it out.
Gotta be honest: I don't know how this game got "positive" as a review. It's been 6 years and this feels like an early early early access which was built using only bought assets. It's a waste of money, even during summer sales. It's empty, half the functionalities are buggy, combat feels sluggish, items are scarce and few in diversity... I don't wanna lose too much time on this so let's make it simple: this is utter garbage.
was ist mit diesem Spiel passiert? Night of the dead hat zum Release echt Spaß gemacht.
It was a good game with a good concept. It had quite a bit of potential. Unfortunately, the development team has completely abandoned the game in favor of a new project. The last update was over 6 months ago and that was the dev team announcing their new game. For what it is, do not buy it at full price. If you see it on sale for $10 or less, it does provide some entertainment but do not expect a fully fleshed out game.
plays like a very early access game, despite it being sold as a finished product. dev is already working on a new game. i can only assume this game is dead now. 30 is a ripoff for what you get.
I have followed this game since Early access. SHowing potential. But it is an un finished game. There are issues with scaling of objects, the game mechanics need re balancing. Graphically, it looks okay but still could do with a touch up. Seems like the developers did a pump and dump on this game to get it out there and then forgot about it. Shame really, a lot of potential for it.
