Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Since there are a lot of positive reviews, I'll go a bit on an opposite direction here. Necesse is not necessarily a bad game, but it has a lot of shortcomings. To give a bit of context here, Necesse is clearly copying a lot of the other players out here (and O boy does it show sometimes, only from Terraria, some weapons/recipes/mechanics are sometimes just a simple copy/paste (ore progression, enchantement system, biomes, etc etc)), it come from a line of sandboxy/crafty/survavily games, and knowing this heritage, it should try and go a step further, which it fails to do on several occasions, especially when it comes to QoL and "easiness" of the game. First off the settlers system could have been good, but to have mortal NPC quickly becomes a chore, you need to have a potion to revive them (potion that is quite costly), and if brings really weird situations, the first is that the "cadavers" of your settlers stay there... forever until you revive them. Then the game visibly to avoid you being blocked brings back other people of the same profession to join your settlement, which brings a situation where you have a new alive settler there and the cadaver of the old one still on the flood (Schrodinger's cat much?). It's a bit systems heavy to have the NPC actually do what they're told (you need to fiddle with all the menus, for example I had to search why the settlers would painfully always move things from one chest to another). And at the end of the day... it was not super useful to have "all of that". The whole mortality system really serves no gaming purpose whatsoever, and a lof of the system for the villagers are a bit useless. You see the inspiration from the NPC in Terraria and a clear will to take it further, but the reality of it is a bit meh. And all the same, you need to make complex settlements to have your NPCs happy, and same, it does not seem to bring much to the table. The second part is concerning travels. The map is quite huge, and yes, you end up getting fast travel down the road, but same, it seems to have been made annoying on purpose, you have waypoint limited, but cannot move them, if you do they are destroyed and you need to buy new ones (god forbid if your Mage is dead and never got back to your colony.........). The third part is the difficulty. The game felt easy at times, and I was really wondering how the bosses fight were tested with the NPC. I hoarded a bunch of stuff, ask a few NPC to come join me, and overall I've been rolling over the bosses with my little army. Same, at some point the game lacks a bit of variety. On Terraria, each boss feels like it brings something to the table, new items, way of working, there the 'big' thing brought by the bosses is the +50HP, which is a bit repetitive also. I could go on and on, but mostly what bothers me is that as said in the intro, the game clearly is trying to copy its elders, and somehow on the few aspects where it tries something, it kinda fails at it.
As much as i liked the game, it doesnt end well. 1. Lack of explanation on a lot of things - some work, some just dont. Not a single mention that npcs cant use most of summoner weapons. 2. Pretty boring game loop - farm to get materials to craft a set, just to deal with the next boss to be able to craft a new set. And if you cant deal with one boss just becasue the scaling is dumb, then you can do nothing about it, as theres no alternative way to get stronger. 3. Boss scaling is just stupid, either kill the boss solo or get 10+ friends/npcs, because the hp stops scaling at 10... most of the bosses are doable solo, some are just stupidly designed to be killed with few builds or in a certain way. 4. Last boss is completly broken. If you dont have special resilience build or 15+ fully geared npcs, dont think theres a way to beat it. Simply cannot dodge 2/3 of attacks, You could beat all the bosses with +0 set, few incursion bosses require to have at least +6 weapon and armor, but even with +10 and 5-6 npcs with full +10, you just wont do much in this bullet hell. 5. Pathfinding of npcs suck big time. They are getting stuck between walls/chests/beds placed beside wall. 6. Incursion system seems like forced content, that doesnt add much fun, just repetitive mindless grind, just to upgrade altar higher. 7. Game missing a lot of hints/tooltips, that would make gameplay much smoother, instead of googling stuff "why it doesnt work". 8. Few biomes with exactly the same monsters that are just meatshield, 0 challenge, they just feel like something that was added for the sake of adding more content. Overal fun game for a week of playing, but when you discover all the flaws, its just gets boring. First run is okay-ish and the exploration is ok, but realising theres nothing else, but endless copies of the same biomes... its sad. Expected more of a rimworld/terraria/oni/factorio playstyle, ended up being stardew valley with tibia vibe. If it wasnt in 20% off, would probably refund within 2h. 4/10

good game best game
This is a fun game with retro-style 2D graphics, but don't let that turn you away. There is a surprising amount of content to be played and as I am writing this review, I am already 105 hours in. If you like city builders there is settlement building and management in this game, I just hope they patch in a feature that lets you trade items stored between your settlements. If you like dungeon delving and exploring there is an element of that too. There is also the class customization that you can do by using a wide variety of trinkets and armors to suit your build, and I believe I tried every role you can be (ranged DPS, magic DPS, melee DPS, summoner DPS, Tank and Healer) and I can safely say, being Healer is my least favorite because of how healing works in this game. All in all, this has been a solid experience for me, and I believe I got more enjoyment than I paid for, so I give this an 8.5/10.
