Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.

On one hand: I have 522 hours in the game. The combat is good. The scales of the battle is good. Sieges are ok-ish, but they could really use some polish. Naval battles are ok. If the only thing you want is to fight, this game might be good for you. On the other hand: Outside of combat and violence, there is almost no interaction with the world. Almost no diplomacy. No real reason to speak with any npc ever. I ran out of mods to try and make the game more deep outside of combat, I really wish they would add more interactions with the world.

To keep this succinct, I have ~30 mods running that I've included after watching several YouTubers; Tactical Enlightenment and Collier, who play Bannerlord with hundreds of hours. Four times, I have reached a random point in the game after investing +20 hours each time where my game will no longer load. I reorganize mods, remove mods, use crashdoctor. Nothing works. NavalDLC was the issue 3 of 4 times and I could not remedy that. I'm not wasting more of my time to play the poorly created vanilla version or deal with the NavalDLC. To TaleWorlds Entertainment, please make the NavalDLC stable for mods and let me know when that is accomplished. Thank you.
If the game is so unstable modding, why enable the Steam Workshop? This game deserves everything Chronicles: Medieval does to it.

Play Warband instead of this nonsense. Also, get a degree if you want to mod your game every time it updates.
The Campaign and Sandbox is entertaining to a degree, there will be a lot of repetivness when you play multiple campaigns, but if you buy Bannerolrd its mainly for the GREAT Mod experience, you can overhaul your Single Player campaign to almost anything, from the Roman empire and the europe map, to Japans Sengoku period and even reach out to the Galaxy with a SW mod (in progress). I would also recommend you join a clan to enjoy the Multiplayer Experience of this game, ATM the biggest clans with the most content are BRE and CI (Coronas Ibericas). Both have great communities and ppl so you will definitively enjoy your experience!
I have really enjoyed playing this game. That said, this is a game that dies by a thousand cuts. There are so many small issues in this game and it's extremely frustrating. This game is $50 with a $25 DLC, with that price tag I expect a level of quality that just isn't present. This game crashes frequently, even without mods, plus there are many small bugs (like enemies spawning in unreachable places) that break the game entirely. Maps have TONS of invisible walls that break immersion. Enemy ai is weak at best, battles become incredibly boring after a while. The early game plays out exactly the same every campaign, and the main story is awful. There's hardly any voice acting, characters don't stand out in any meaningful way. All that comes together to form a game that is very fun when you start but gets worse the more you play. If the games base was a little more solid then maybe this would be a positive review, until then this will always be a negative.
A game made great by mods, breaks dang near every mod in a major update to support a terrible dlc.
