MISERY is a 1–10 player co-op survival game set in a nuclear disaster zone. Here, every day is a struggle: search radioactive ruins for resources, build your bunker, craft weapons, and explore a weird, procedurally-generated world with your friends. Beware of anomalies, monsters, and armed bandits.

About
You play as PMCs guarding a secret research institute in the Republic of Zaslavie.
The Scientific Institute for Research of the Zaslavie Exclusion Zone (SIRZEZ) was built before the war to study anomalies and artifacts. Over time, these artifacts became the cause of conflict between international military blocs. Neither side could allow artifacts to fall into enemy hands, ultimately leading to nuclear war.
A siren sounds — a nuclear bomb is incoming! You have 60 seconds to grab whatever you can and make it to the bunker. Then, the survival begins. Each day, you venture into the Exclusion Zone to scavenge procedurally generated locations: abandoned military bases and research stations, radioactive wastelands, and ruined cities.
The Zone is full of secrets and deadly traps, and radiation is far from the only threat.
You’ll encounter other survivors ready to kill for food and resources, weird mutated creatures with unique behaviors, and various anomalies.

No one knows how exactly anomalies work or their origin. Some phenomena can help you, others will tear you apart. Anomaly areas often hide artifacts — rare, valuable items distorted by anomalies and charged with unique effects.

The bunker is your new home.
Expand it room by room: install generators (gas, solar, or gnome-powered), build crafting stations, grow food, cook meals, and decorate your shelter with whatever you drag back from raids: a table, a dresser, a worn-out sofa, or even a cozy rug. Don’t worry, the previous owners won’t be needing them anymore.
After each raid, you can unwind and chill at the bar in the basement of the institute: have a drink, talk to other survivors, and trade your loot and rare artifacts with the merchant.

Remember, watch your vitals.
In the Zone, people can easily die from hunger, thirst, radiation sickness, or lose their minds and turn on their teammates. Go out looting during the day, and return to bunker before nightfall.
And one last thing: the Zone plays with your mind. Too much stress and you’ll start hearing whispers, seeing things that aren’t there, and feeling someone watching you. Lose your grip, and not even the bunker will save you. Nothing will.
Life in MISERY isn’t easy.
But there’s nothing better than going through it all together.
Exploring bandos with friends, watching each other’s backs, sitting by the fire, drinking whatever’s left, and exhaling smoke into the cold rain — in moments like these, you can feel alive again!

Perspective on normal difficulty (solo) Would be one of the best games in the genre if the artifacts were more diverse in their function, perhaps even allowing more situational benefit like a little driftglobe light or a clown nose that draws aggro, as they stand now they are just stat adjustments that don't even have the negative effects alluded to in their descriptions, it is just narrative fluff. Those descriptions genuinely made me too paranoid to use them at times. Another MASSIVE GLARING ISSUE your character has his hands' controls inverted when it comes to handling a gun, I have no idea how when you look fast while aiming you put the gun perpendicular to your face, making the gun mounted light also useless. Many reviews I have seen are mad about the economy, and spongy enemies. so far I haven't had any issues I couldn't adapt to. farming is steady money/food, and really against many enemies the armor you find makes you tankier than them. personally I think these arguments are secondary to the much more obvious problems that the community has grown complacent with. Using the Kapris 9mm machine pistol i had to swap away and back to it for it to work after reloading every time. This did not happen with any other weapons. ammo is rare early on but once you get making it there is plenty to go around, although with how likely the aforementioned gun sway is to mess up your shots, I wouldn't blame a few missed shots. Man cant shoulder a rifle to literally save his life. Another unchecked issue is the on and off states of everything is bugged on reload. every time you boot the game remember to check any switches, benches, farm plots, etc. make sure they are functioning how you want them too, many times I have ran into switches being visibly on but really off. For some reason every time an airstrike happens I get bad frame drops. not bad enough to get me killed but definitely noticeable All things considered the game is great for what it is, and all the complaints about the new Megafactory update are fair, but I think the issue is less it is a bad difficulty spike and more there is no need for it since there is no carrot, it is just stick. the reward that we can get from it is the experience of clearing it... but there is no real unique loot or anything aside from the monster loot, which is just money. On that note, I touched on the artifacts just being stat changes. that is serviceable but kinda lame. why not instead of adding more risks and new terrain with old loot. the new focus should be populating unique things maybe even in the monster loot pool. Maybe have armor you can make from the lobsters, use the grafts flesh for unique medicine that gives regeneration, take a head from the flesh car things and graft it to a landmine to make a mobile Doomba roomba to have it scope out enemies and blow em up for you, or a screamer anomaly scanner that causes light insanity for a long range artifact ping. There is a lot to elaborate on that right now I think is just scratching the surface. The game is good, keep it up dev, I just think it can be more fulfilling if there was unexpected good things to balance out the unexpected bad things. aaand also I want the guy to not throw the weapon off a cliff whenever he turns.

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Не хватает времени на залутку завода. Нужна настройка позволяющая менять продолжительность выброса в уже созданном мире
