Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 16.86/day in the week to Aug 19 → 25.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

my aribus beluga stalled on short final on 150kts and crashed into a friednly, family-friendly neighbourhood in Sacramento, fatally injuring Teresa Patrick and Jane Lisbon.
- Detailed scores for landing challenges do not exist any more - Challenge rating grouüs were removed as well, you just get a global leaderboard - Applying brakes on ground is super strange (seems buggy) - They are still doing a super bad job to just outline basic bindings on the currently used controller, why no ingame cheat sheet? After 60 min gameplay feels worse than FS2020. Don't get it if you play rarely and like to do short challenges. The streaming and decreased local file sizes are great though, world looks a bit more detailed too. No performance issues so far, but water can look glitchy sometimes (Aliasing / Blurring behaves a bit strange).

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 3: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Good and Fun Game but theres some very horrible things when its about setting up the game or just letting it download run in the background. Crashes undwanted input and so on.
Steam shows 81 minutes played. 60 of those minutes was trying to figure out how to activate/install/acquire/etc. all the DLC I paid for (crashed at least once during this time). The next 15 was trying to figure out how to map my very basic joystick controls. The final 6 minutes was flying a Cessna 172 until I discovered my control mapping hadn't actually taken effect. I clicked on a dropdown in the controls section, and the game crashed. Add to that the fact that you have to individually "purchase for free" EVERY DLC included in whatever tier you purchased... If I can actually get FS2024 working reliably, maybe I can actually leave a positive review. Compared to EVERY OTHER MS flight simulator since version 3, this is by far the most difficult to even get started FLYING AN AIRPLANE, the single thing it's supposed to do.
If you are here for Carreer mode, it probably works but certainly isnt polished, and you probably shouldnt throw 80 euros at this game. If you like me come from MSFS2020 just to do freeflight and realistic airliner flying(Like Vatsim), its excellent, which i can definitely reccomend, now that most addon creators are moving away from 2020. Performance wise, you can see my specs. FPS depends on what and where youre flying, personally with FSR framegen x2, i can get a solid 60 anywhere, with stutters in the largest of airports.
Dont buy this game. It's even worse than the 2020 one. I thought buying it through steam would make it better but it doesn't. Apparently steam is ok pushing junk through its platform. Im surprised Microsoft wasnt sued when they did this in 2020, but to do it again four years later. shame. Thank god I caught on while still able to get a refund...... I will never buy anything from microsoft again. Microsot need to be sued for this crap. Now steam is refusing my refun because it says I played for four hours which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! Thats it I want in on the class action lawsuit!
performance is insanely bad
THIS GAME IS NOT FINISHED!
It was buggy and crashed, and I could not complete any flights. Kudos to Steam for quickly refunding my money. It's a shame as the game is beautiful. Right up until crash to desktop. Over and over. I had nearly an hour in game and probably most of it was setting up, downloading, or restarting after crash to desktop. :-(
I love MSFS. I've been playing for years. I wasn't sure about making the jump from 2020 to 2024, but I ended up doing it anyways. I regret it. Everything is a struggle, full of stupid bugs or quirks that make no sense. It's been now almost 2 years and the game is far from an acceptable state. I would have expected for it to at least be at par with 2020, but it isn't. I will not go through the struggle of migrating back to 2020, but if you are in the fence about upgrading or not... don't do it yet.
