Uno de los mejores juegos de la historia y seguramente el mejor de Kojima. Hacía quince años que no lo jugaba, un poco por el miedo a romper esa magia que se había ido construyendo en mi cabeza, y joder, me ha gustado todavía más, y lo valoro aun más si cabe. Ese ritmo de juego, lento para explorar, y lleno de posibilidades. Por dónde ir, que camuflaje ponerse, los infinitos usos que le puedes dar a cualquier objeto del inventario aparte de su uso normal. El gustazo del par de momentos de backtracking, toda esa fauna, los personajes, los escenarios, el diseño artístico, el tono verdoso que lo envuelve todo, el increíble diseño de sonido, los diálogos, y una historia que al final hasta emociona. Me parece un juego increíble, trabajado al detalle de una forma casi enfermiza, y tan inspirado... No se como será el remake, pero dudo que pueda darme más placer que éste. Algún día lo comprobaré. Mis dieses.

What a thrill...
The controls aged abysmally. You do not feel that in previous MSG games that much with their top-down perspective but here it's just awful and I cannot enjoy MSG3 for that reason alone.

Don't bother....it's got broken audio, and is a bad port. Shame.....cause the game (when it's not broken) remains to be one of the Greatest of all time.
What a game, man. An incredible experience, from the graphics, through the soundtrack and storyline, all the way to the breadth of gameplay mechanics that still impress even in 2026. The control scheme is admittedly outdated and wonky, especially for a keyboard and mouse player like me, but over time it became second nature to me. As for the technical side of this port, it's in much better shape than it was at launch, but I still recommend Afevis' MGSHDFix along with his other mods (such as the PS2 textures mod, though that's a matter of personal preference). Don't miss out on this series and this game, even if you're playing with a keyboard and mouse. A note for Linux users: the audio isn't working properly; download either the MGS3MC Better Audio Mod or XAudio2_9.dll and place it in the game's directory
