Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

Reviews
It is the one of my favourite games! Waiting for Langrisser 3! :-)

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 21: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This was a really fun game. It requires you to t hink very differently about unit movement as you have to move and use not just your main character but hired units as well that needs to be moved independently. This could get annoying, but fortunately (and the game doesn't tell you this, I discovered it by accident) that you don't need to do this when just moving across space, the units will follow the leader, you just need to do this in situations where precise movement is needed. You also have different classes that you're able to change characters into and they retain all the benefits of previous classes, which is really neat. I really like branching story structures like this. It's cool to be able to go down separate branches instead of slight variations at the ending. There are also some legit differences between the routes, mostly narrative. I also really enjoyed the basic narrative. It is very anime and some people are going to dislike this - but as someone who grew up on anime similar to this I loved it. Cons: - Both games reuse maps a lot. Not just within the game, but also both games do with slight graphical changes from 1 to 2. To some extent this is unavoidable as they take place in similar areas, but not to the extent this is being done. - This is probably the biggest issue. Your first run through of any route is going to be the most fun and challenging. After you've beaten it once you can move back through the timeline to explore other routes, which is cool yeah. However, you keep your current level and gear - for all characters - which leads to combat becoming rather brainless except for the last few maps. Especially your main character becomes a one-man army. I went through most of the routes of the first game and after doing one route of the second I couldn't do that boring grind anymore, even if it takes less time. Even though repeating maps would have been tedious, I think it would still have been better to be forced to replay as the level you were at the time so you actually keep a semblance of challenge. If I ever redid this I would keep saves so I would be able to do that. - The evil routes are really stupid. They make no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense for the kind of paragon hero the protagonists are shown to be (not just in other routes but the common route as well) and just makes they seem like idiots.
The demo did NOT work. But I decided to buy the full game. I remember the demo working around 2020 when I played it. It's strange because I did not enjoy the game back then. I was playing the same game on mobile, and I just felt weird. Anyway, I bought the game with the intention of getting a refund if I found it that bad. Actually, I like it. I haven't played the original Langrissers, but play Shining Force and Tactics Ogre etc. I am surprised that I like this game. I haven't tried it with the 16 bit graphics, but now i'm interested to see how different it is. This game really does work out well for the 21st century. I did actually lose a few times which is weird, but owing to not knowing what i'm doing. At the moment, I feel that when I complete it, Langrisser 1 at the moment, will I continue to the harder mode or will I continue to Langrisser 2? It's really fun and feels like the price and remake is worth it enough for just one of them. So, it's a good deal so far. I'll update my review in a couple of weeks. My PC is from the stone age too, and this game runs fast.
Main reason to play this is the classic designs by Urushihara. These TRPGs are much more simple than we had on Sega MD, lots of QoL improvements. You can choose between classic and modern illustrations and music. Since this game is quite lightweight it is possible to play it on any smartphone via GameNative and other similar apps.
Fire emblem wears the crown, not this.
Nice, but can be a bit tedious.
