Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation publishes no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Reviews
Disappointing. I had this game in my backlog since ever, and i loved the settings, theme and flair. The main problem, that overrides every other positive, is that the best way to play is to select all the troops and send them to attack. Because planning, splitting forces, being tactical, etc, makes no sense because the troops AI won't complain. That ruins everything so bad, that i quickly lost my interest in playing despite liking a lot of things of the game. A real pity

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 18: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Jul 30 → 2.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Iron Harvest is not a bad game by any stretch of the imagination. It’s just an average real-time tactics game with neat visuals and very little originality in its design that doesn't hit the mark that its inspirations achieve. It delivers generic gameplay, some interesting units, and a lot of disappointment.
Fantastic RTS Campaign with Incredible World-Building! If you love real-time strategy games for their stories, Iron Harvest is absolutely worth a buy! The alternate-history world-building is incredible, and the campaign is highly engaging. I loved how the three different campaigns beautifully intertwined the stories of each nation and their main characters. The gameplay mechanics feel great, and the individual mission designs are excellent. While the multiplayer scene isn't very active—and honestly didn't interest me much—the single-player experience alone offers a fantastic few days of solid entertainment. Highly recommend for the story, especially if you can get it on a discount!
Nothing good to say about this!
I expected war machines and found kids in snowball fight.. Really coudn't create something from the game? I just don't care about the game anymore.. glad I got it from Humble a long time ago..
Not a bad RTS but it's just Company of Heroes with Steam Mechs, the game runs poorly and I'm bored of the same gameplay but with a few different units, the gameplay is there you can have fun for sure.
a 12g can kill a mech that is so stupid a 9mm can kill a mech bad very bad
A very good game with a unique and interesting setting. I am really enjoying the campaign!
This is tsarist propaganda
