Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

Reviews
Every time I start to enjoy the game the cheating AI and poor level design are swift to ruin my experience. Spending 30 minutes in a hard fought battle only for an enemy army perfectly designed to counter yours spawning right on top of you in a generic random mission where you can't replace losses and destroying your army in less than a minute is not something I would call fun or a good time. Avoid purchasing unless you hate yourself.
The game feels really off and scrabbled together. Unit movement and cover is wonky and the story is rather boring. After a few hours I didnt want to continue. The only plus here is the cool mechs, but I still cannot recommend the game. I really wanted it to be cool and good, but sadly this gets a pass from me.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 18: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Jul 30 → 2.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Its like Company of heroes 2 mixed with steam punk, without all the goofy crap that they wear in anything with "punk" at the end of it. And when it comes to realism I could believe there would be countries with armies like these. If you have seen what the Russians made in WW2 with the T-34 tanks and also seen the absolute massive "in production" tanks the Nazis were making at the end that were dwarfing anything the allies had and also the howitzer that was so large it was carried and deployed by train, then you could believe that in a different timeline our world could've looked like this. And for the ppl who are saying the Mechs are clunky....well yeah that's how they are built and give even more realism too the "what if" side and what it would possibly look like....except the mission where you capture the train station Idk WHAT i did but my hero mech pushed 5 of my smaller mechs into a corner behind some old train cars and made em stuck and no matter how much I tried destroying everything too "unstuck" 'em nothing worked but lucky for me they were in a perfect spot because at the end of said mission you have too survive an onslaught and they spawned a Large infantry army plus a few Cyborgs of their own next too my bored Bots that then proceeded too murder with great prejudice 8 out of 11 of the infantry before dying themselves. So far that was my only annoyance is that they could POSSIBLY get stuck somewhere. its all around great IMHO. BUTT as always BUY WHEN THERE IS A SALE NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE REVIEWS OR HOW MUCH YA WANT IT. that's just me and my two pence. FIN.
Story is nice. But I hate chance based hit registering systems and when actual hp is not represented by a number So over all I do not recommend the game for the hardcore Rts fans. Also there is a lot of situations you land a hit and it does nothing.

I genuinely don't know if I've ever been more disappointed in a game. The bar is low and the developers apparently took that as a challenge.
Iron Harvest is not a bad game by any stretch of the imagination. It’s just an average real-time tactics game with neat visuals and very little originality in its design that doesn't hit the mark that its inspirations achieve. It delivers generic gameplay, some interesting units, and a lot of disappointment.
Disappointing. I had this game in my backlog since ever, and i loved the settings, theme and flair. The main problem, that overrides every other positive, is that the best way to play is to select all the troops and send them to attack. Because planning, splitting forces, being tactical, etc, makes no sense because the troops AI won't complain. That ruins everything so bad, that i quickly lost my interest in playing despite liking a lot of things of the game. A real pity
