"Day 1 - I deploy our first fleet of landships. Morale is high-" The convoy of rolling fortresses run into a gigantic plant, taller than the largest buildings in our capital. Its tendrils slam into the first massive vehicle, tearing it in half. The cannons of the rest blaze away, rounds having little effect on the thing's hard carapace. "-but could always improve." "Day 7 - We join forces with the Air Corps of the Kingdom of Avenburgh." Our implacable green landships advance upon city defenses while volleys of cannon fire arc through the air in both directions. "Day 12 - Together, we drive back the barbarians in the north." Avenburgh dragon riders soar in over the tops of green landships, pouring fire into vulnerable floatation balloons. "Day 13 - The strength of our forces has attracted some unwanted attention." In the east, a coastal port city comes under attack from Madizgari walkers and airships. Torpedoes cut defensive towers in half. Fusillades of heavy cannon fire cover lighter air transports as they drop troops close to my lines. "Day 15 - I sacrifice 21 ships in a diversion attack." Landships and heavily-armored airships blaze away at distant targets as enemy marines clamber their way across the vessels' hulls, finding entry points and pouring in. "Day 17 - Our allies sell their lives dearly in battle with the enemy alliance." City after city falls in the southeast. My capital enters a siege. "Day 19 - Our covert operations cripple the strongest enemy kingdom, luring their allies to turn against them." The second-largest city of Madizgar revolts thanks to my espionage efforts and becomes an independent state, taking factories and trading ports with them. The enemy alliance disintegrates as infighting ensues. "Day 30 - Across the continent, our armies drive the enemy back. For the first time, men whispered of hope. Even victory-" Avenburgh dragons burn enemy troop transports as my own robotic spider carriers drop their horrific cargo onto a toppled-over spider-walker. The machines swarm over its metal plate skin and find their way inside, slaughtering the crew. "-But I am certain. This was only the beginning." In the distant west, ships bearing a scarlet worm eye are massing. Real talk, this game forces you to be creative, gives you the option of aesthetic customization, and is an amazing mix of Diplomacy and something like Axis and Allies. If you're looking at this game and wondering if you should get it, just get it when you have two hours to spare. You can always refund it if it isn't to your liking.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

DO YOU LIKE AIRSHIPS, LANDSHIPS, OR FORTS!? get this game and MAKE MORE. (beware purchase of this game may cause minor to major addiction to suspendium products)
Airships has an appealing premise - building custom airships and conquering a steampunk world. The concept is solid, but the execution has some serious issues. The interface is genuinely painful to use, especially the ship designer. Testing your designs means saving, exiting to another menu, then loading back in - it completely kills any creative momentum. The tutorials don't help much either, throwing tooltips at you without explaining the basic systems you actually need to understand. Combat is where things really fall apart. Despite being a 2D game, it uses some kind of 3D hit detection that makes damage feel completely unpredictable. Components get damaged in ways that don't match what you're seeing visually, and positioning often feels pointless. The AI alliance system punishes you for trying to expand - attack one nation and half the map declares war on you for no apparent reason. The difficulty scaling feels broken too. Even starting with Tier 0 technology, enemies still show up with better Tier 1 equipment. Land units are practically useless. Tracked vehicles get stuck constantly, and the side-view perspective means your landships can't even pass each other. This makes airships the only viable option. The sound design is terrible - your massive war machines sound like tractors. Command delays are supposed to prevent micro-management but just make everything feel sluggish. Even starting a campaign can screw you over based on pure RNG if you spawn next to a powerful empire. Zarkonnen, I can tell this is your passion project and there's something genuinely special at the core here. I hope you can iron out these rough edges in future updates because the foundation you've built has real potential to shine.

Airships: Conquer the Skies is a fantastic game, it might not look like much from the previews on the store page, but this is an absolute gem of a game. What do you do in Airships? First off there are 3 main game modes, Conquest, Combat, and Mission: -Conquest is the campaign mode of the game (singleplayer and multiplayer), where you manage cities settlements by buying upgrades, constructing buildings, and defending them with you air/land fleets. The management elements are not to in-depth, there's not like 500 upgrades to individual units and intense micromanaging, it's mostly there to provide progression for your fleet, starting with wooden ships, with muskets held up by balloons, to dragonhided laser ships being held up by chunks of the moon. -Combat is the quick play mode where you can pit your vehicles against other players or AI. I mostly use it to test if my ships blow up if someone sneezes on them. -Mission mode has some pre-made scenarios for you to fight, they mostly act as the tutorial for the game but you can make your own and download others from the workshop. I highly recommend this game even if strategy games aren't your thing (they aren't mine). Check it out!
The game experience: spend 10 minutes choosing your faction buff and banner design through the brilliant coat of arms system, spend another 10 minutes carefully setting up your budding empire while carefully selecting what technologies to research, finally gain enough capital and advanced weapons to spend upwards of an hour designing, building and decorating your perfect fighting vessel, declare war on the neighboring tiny kingdom, only to watch your beautiful vessels get absolutely eviscerated by the enemy faction. 10/10, flawless, no notes.
Great game. I wish more people were playing multiplayer, particularly in cooperative mode. But it is pretty fun in singleplayer. Campaign is seriously addictive. There is a lot of depth here to discover as you progress through the ages, many different events that actually lead to battles, and when you do get to those real-time battles, your tactics can make a huge difference. I found the building UI to be a bit tough. I couldn't find more than like one or two hot keys, so it took a long time to build even simple stuff without decorations. But it does feel good to design something new that you felt your fleet was lacking, and watch it perform even better than you expected once you take it to battle. I also could not figure out where to launch expeditions during the age of exploration or send out trading caravans during the age of commerce. I checked the manual and googled around but did not find anything yet. This game doesn't hold your hand at all, the initial tutorials do help but a lot of the satisfaction here will come out of figuring it out all on your own. Full recommendation from me. This is another indie gem which is criminally cheap and occupies a unique space. I hope it gets a sequel because I really want to experience this in multiplayer.
I cannot recommend this game enough. Absolutely love the world building and its and bits of lore here and there. It's fun to play with friends. It's fun to play alone. Designing ships and buildings for use as well as looks elevates the experience imo. The things you can do here man, incredible. The DLC adds A LOT. It's totally worth it. Still not sure I've seen or played with every hero there is. It might not look it but I PROMISE the game is beautiful visually. Excited to see what else is in store for use regarding possible future updates!
