This game isn’t worth 20 dollars let alone the 40 dollars it’s usually at, I’ve never played a vr game that made me feel like I’m in someone else’s body and I’m trying to fight over control of it. The trailer looks promising but it’s nowhere near close to as polished ingame to the point I feel cheated and misinformed.
It doesn’t make me happy but I can't leave a positive review for this game. It’s far from being a bad game, the gameplay is genuinely fun, the atmosphere is great too but at some point we have to be realistic. This game is absolutely not finished. It’s a good early access, but it’s still in early access, and calling it V1 doesn’t change what it really is. There are too many bugs, freezes, and missing features that were teased to be in the game. Weapon cleaning is a complete pain in the ass compared to the first game, anomalies are literally everywhere, it’s a total minefield, take notes from Stalker... The game simply isn’t finished, and you can feel it in every single session. I honestly feel like I’m playing a Ubisoft game at launch: not a single play session without being pissed off by bugs. The game has massive potential, but all of this completely ruins the experience. The V1 release was rushed, and in its current state, the game does not deserve a positive review.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

honestly, its one of the best experiences ive had in vr. its great to play with friends, it has a VERY long playtime (first playthrough took almost 40 hours) the gunplay is good, there is only 3 maps, but each one has a unique feeling and vibe. its pretty even on the lowest settings, the development team has come out with a banger before this one. the ONLY thing i dont enjoy about this game and honestly ruins everything about the story, is one of the first characters you meet, that being Lauri. hes so immersion breaking and hes kinda holding your hand the entire way unlike the first game with katya. i think the vibe of the radius and its buildings have changed aswell but i think that its on a good track for its 1.0. i support the devlopers, and i hope that they listen to the community, im hype for how this game is and how it changes. 9.5/10 <3
Compared to the previous game this is 2 steps forward ... and two steps backward. a lot of new features are great, but some things that were fine got changed for the worse (looking at you Spawn attack pattern). a lot of situations are also rather unfair, with enemies waiting behind couches to one shot you. But all of this pales in comparison to the abysmal performances. Directx11 straight up crashes the game on map change without fail, and directx 12 is a straight journey to stutter country. Me and a friend managed to barely enjoy ourselves on the first and second map, upon reaching the third map performance tanked so hard and the picture started glitching like crazy making it impossible to play any further.
This game is in serious need of some polish, doesn't feel anywhere near out of early access. The formula here's good, it's still pretty fun and has boatloads of customization options, but the crashing, misaligned IK, stale audio design, visual bugs and especially performance needs ironed out. In time I'm sure it'll get much, much better, but this game needed more time in the oven before being served.
Its still in early access regardless of what the Developer says. it has a good concept and may in the future be worth your time but it is pretty much unplayable in multiplier. if this game keeps getting updates and reaches a playable state I will be glad to update this review, but until then this is NOT worth your time.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Incredibly disappointing. cant even get through the tutorial the performance and optimization is so poor. Crashes repetitively and freezes even more so while doing minute things like grabbing your gun from your holster. There are games within VR Chat that are more in depth than this and run 1,000,000x better. Those mfs havent stepped outside their ♥♥♥ crusted rooms in years and manage to create games within another game that are more fun and playable than this. AND it doesnt come with a $40 price tag... Its F R E E
Since full release or 1.0, and now at its current state as of writing this review, the game is fun. The concept of the enemies from ITR1 was understandable for performance. But now, having textures and feeling is great. But the biggest part of my enjoyment is the Multiplayer... I love playing with my friends more than single player. The graphics are not always good looking, could be better, I would hope this will improve over time, but since my main experience is Multiplayer, well, this game still needs A LOT OF WORK! The amount of times the Host must fix my weapons and anything that packs and holds things and interact with, needs host control to fix. It mainly happens when you die. Weapons can't be ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and loaded. You take backpack content out, you can't put it back in. Wanna hang your scanner on your arm, NOPE! You die holding your gun, it's hit or miss on keeping it. Your backpack won't load when you die, requiring host to save and reload. There is a area with a pool with death water that you can fall through... You don't die and you can't get out coz if you try, the top of the water kills you. What was worse? That skim death water hides what's under... INCLUDING YOUR BACKPACK! Your backpack should be fair and float over where you died or move to the side, but no... Not all traps render, so you can find yourself electrocuted or blasted by something. Or enemies, mostly the human like ones, can glitch walk, blinking everywhere until they are in your face. Or *spoilers*.... They sit where you teleport and you die instantly. Lots to work on to make it not so buggy and more enjoyable for all players. Overall, not something to turn from, but if bugs frustrate you easily, hold off a little longer.
