Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Loved it, great narrative game, pretty environments, endearing characters, don't understand the bad reviews :p

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.75/day in the week to Aug 3 → 1.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Growing up gay in the 90s, this hits home (no pun intended), but it would have hit more on point for me if there was a male perspective / option in this game as well. Still, we are humans and even though this story is told from a female standpoint, many of the themes are still the same. A stroll around a home in the 90s is incredible nostalgia and it's captured extremely well in this game. I wish I could go back for a visit! It's a very short story, so I'd pick it up on a sale, as I did, but it is worth the two hours of exploration back home.
No entiendo taaaanto las criticas, en mi opinión ofrece y cumple.Gran juego
No sé cuántas veces he acabado volviendo a este juego.
I very much enjoyed this. It's is a fascinating, well-told story and the exploration of the house is quite thrilling. It's on the very easy side, so no challenging puzzles, just have to read everything and look at everything. The music is excellent and clearly The Miss Fits are a real talented and expressive band. I hope to hear more tracks from The Miss Fits - so late 70's early 80s punk. The Miss Fits should re-release everything they've done, make some more albums and go on a world tour - they're just so awesome. Like really really awesome - the real deal. Only thing that could have made it an amazing finale would have been if the ending had been more dramatic. I mean, an ending with both of them or one of them hanging from a noose in the attic, just as Katie rounds a corner, would have been very special. Aside from this, it is well worth playing and finishing.
Gone Home really reminded me of What Remains of Edith Finch. It has a very similar atmosphere and storytelling style, with most of the experience taking place inside a large house that you explore room by room. The game is short, relaxing, and easy to finish in a single sitting. I enjoyed uncovering the story through notes, objects, and environmental details. While it's not a long game, the narrative is engaging and well told, making it a worthwhile experience for anyone who enjoys story-driven exploration games. Overall, it's a memorable game.
Wow, okay, that was really good. Legitimately brought a tear to my eye. Basically this is a walking simulator that feels mechanically a bit like rummaging through a house in Fallout 3, except with an exemplary short story. Really my only complaint is that some of the information is strewn about in a slightly artificial way to facilitate gameplay - but honestly, that did almost nothing to diminish my enjoyment. Best enjoyed with as few spoilers as possible!
história curtinha, legalzinha, mas podia ter sido beem melhor desenvolvida. paguei 7 reais e achei ok, mas fora da promoção custa 46 e nao acho que vale a pena
