For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I really wanted to like this game! I bought it on a 40% discount... and I still feel like it cost too much. I don't care about realistic or advanced graphics, so long as the game is fun, and delivers. Game didn't. Camera and controls feel clunky and annoying, and the game overall feels unpolished. Characters irked me a little, they feel bland at best... which is a shame, because I enjoyed the art, I think it's probably the nicest aspect. I'm not a newbie at videogames, yet I found the gameplay not very intuitive. Sigh. Finding good horse games... When will the 'genre' offer something different, for once?
The Ranch of Rivershine is a promising game but not a revolutionary one, and honestly I find it fairly simple and unpolished for a title that markets itself as ambitious. The game design lacks depth: the difficulty doesn't follow any real learning curve, only the last few races offer any real challenge, and even then it seems to come from poorly placed obstacles rather than any genuine demand on skill or horse control — why put obstacles inside buildings instead of creating more slaloms like during festicals, especially when the third-person camera clips right through the walls and you can't see anything? The level design is very empty and simple, especially early on, and even after unlocking most of the races and courses, I still don't understand the point of such large spaces that feel this empty. Even some competitons seems to plane... The wild horses behave very strangely, especially since the last patch: instead of fleeing so they can be guided toward the corral, they now charge straight at the rider. On top of that, there's no real stakes or reward in catching and taming wild horses at all, it feels like a gimmick rather than an actual gameplay system worth investing in. The quests and narrative are also very simple and never really make you feel involved in the town's life: there are no memorable missions that actually require you to use the core gameplay to progress, outside of competitions, or to unlock new content or dialogue with NPCs (everything seems forgettable). The graphics and animation quality remain fairly basic for a game built in Unreal Engine, which is disappointing given the engine's potential. The game is also full of blocking bugs: horses getting stuck in the environment and unable to turn during competitions after a reset following a missed jump (expert race), 'falling' from the map three times during zone changes without a teleport, and several visitor NPCs half-clipped into the ground in town. Support for AZERTY keyboards would also be welcome. Finally, the guide arrow (both in competitions and exploration) is barely readable in third-person view. Especially in winter. Overall, it's not a terrible game, but I don't find it good either.

A truly adorable and cozy horse game. I've had a lot of fun with it. The good things: graphics are very cute, breeding feels rewarding with all the coats you can collect, the races range from very simple to quite challenging (I spent SO much time trying to figure the ones around the town). If mindless grindy stuff relaxes you, this game will be very soothing for you. Some downsides: it doesn't really have any endgame. The process of getting there is really fun, but once you actually get there? There's nothing to do except breeding and training more horses. Cross-country is the only thing you can do. To sum it up, it's a fun game to get through. I recommend it because my inner horse girl enjoyed it a lot, but I wish there was a bit more to it.
When my grandmother passed away, I struggled to play the games that typically provided me with a good distraction. One game reminded me too much of her because she got me into the series, the others took too much focus at a time when I had none to spare. In a desperate attempt to find something cozy, but fun, I bought The Ranch of Rivershine. This game has given me a calm place to just escape the grief. My dream was always to own a ranch, and in this economy, this is probably the closest I'll ever get. I grew up attending lessons in riding and horse care at local farms all around me. So I mean it when I say: I love this game, and I am so grateful to the Dev team for creating a new place of comfort for those of us that just need to escape the world for a few hours (by a few, I mean I've played at LEAST 8 hours a day). If I could change one thing, I would add some hoof care to it. It's an important part of horse care and oddly enough, I find myself missing picking and polishing hooves.
I love this game, I have been playing it for years, it's cozy and nice and sweet, but I do have some things that would maybe help people playing the game. 1. Prices are lower at festivals (I think this would help new and old players a lot, so you don't have to keep selling your horses to get some money for the festivals) 2. You can put your horses in forever herds, with a lead mare, so it's easier and when you send the horses to the pasture they immediately go to their herds. 3. You can buy or make decorations for the barn, or have seasonal decorations, like Halloween, or Christmas decorations. other then those 3 things that I would love to see happen, the game is amazing for people who want a sweet non stressful horse/farm game, with realistic things in the game. Love it!!
Ranch of Rivershine is a cute horse game with a somewhat repetitive yet comforting gameplay loop. There's a lot of quests to do, and several different traits to breed for, including stats that help you with competitions. Pros: -cute graphics -easy to understand gameplay -breeding mechanics are somewhat simple yet fun -NPCs you can befriend and talk to -some farming elements -pretty horses! Cons: -gameplay can get repetitive and grindy -once you finish all the quests, there's only really breeding left to do If you like horse games or "cozy" games, I would definitely recommend Ranch of Rivershine! note: I finished this game in early access but I have not yet finished the quests for the full release, so I have not fully experienced the full release
I really love this game ❤️ This game is very addictive and cute. Horse breeding is great and horse colors are adorable. I also really enjoy catching wild horses or the weekly festival. If you want to relax while playing, this is a great choice that I highly recommend 🐴❤️
This is as horse game as you can get, perhaps a bit too grindy for non-horse genre players, but very fun cross-country focused game. The breeding is a nice addition and helps you breed the horse you'd like, it simply (just like real life) takes an awful lot of time for the foal to be born The gameplay loop is a little repetitive, but it is easy to train horses up, I would think it interesting to add other disaplines into the game but that would be a lot of work for the dev. This is a very very good horse game, with the loop of care->ride/train->sleep->care ect.
I absolutely love this game! The graphics are wonderful; the game runs well even on my laptop; the environments, characters, and story are so charming; and I can't say enough about the horses! They're well animated and adorably stylized, and the coat genetics are pretty accurate to real life (not 100%, but then again I know too much about horse genetics for my own good). Each pattern, marking, and coat color has so many variations that I don't think I've seen two horses that look exactly the same. Even if I had, though, there are plenty of options for tack and hair styling to make each horse unique. For a while, by biggest complaints pertained to catching wild horses, but recent updates have made that mechanic so much better. The gameplay loop does start to feel repetitive after a while, but I do mean a while and there's a lot to get out of the game before that happens. Anyway, The Ranch of Rivershine is a lovely little game, and I highly recommend trying it out!
The game is absolutely gorgeous, you are a ranch owner within a small town. You meet lots of charming folks, who can't wait to share their stories. The town is filled with activities, shops and of course..horses! You're welcome to join a festival every two weeks, where lot's of fun is waiting. Scenery changes with the season, unlocking a whole new experience of nature. You can work on your ranch, building and unlocking new structures, expanding existing ones and even taking care of your garden. Each map feels very unique with new resources to gather. You can even own barn and coop animals, that you care for. You also keep pets, that help you collect things without needing to get down from your saddle. Wild horse system is honestly my favourite part! I'm not going to spoil it further, but in each locations you own their specific pen and you can adopt them. There are many things to do in your stable. You need to take care of your horses daily, brush them, feed them, clean their boxes and give them supplements. You also need to watch out for illnesses. Of course, each horse can be styled with different hair styles (depending on length) or equipment you have, making them the prettiest. Every horse has 3 different traits with them. It's for you to decide which are the best. There are tons of horse coats to discover. Each horse is unique, and you can create something that no one else has. Training system feels exciting. Each horse has four skills that can be trained. It's your job to check which horse is best for training outside, inside or on special courses, that drastically improve their percentage. There are many things in the game that help you achieve full potential with fun, but I'm not going to spoil them. It's rewarding to see your performance improve, after competing in a race. For the visual parts, the animations are alright. The biggest issue I have, are the animations of riding your horse - they feel stiff and unnatural, it would be nice to see you work on that . The feeling of riding is the most important in horse games! 😅 You can also own clothes, but I always feel "uglier" than the other town members. I feel that the lack of unique clothing, hair and face customisation needs to improve . When I look at
Daphne
, I want to cry lol. Overall, the game is super enjoyable, an experience for everyone, regardless of age. You can easily spend here over than 150 hours! Endless fun. 4.5⭐ out of 5⭐.
