Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Same day: best JP #72, worst DE #99 · 5 markets collected
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
About
A plethora of powerful swordplay techniques and Eikonic abilities lie within Clive's remit—and it is up to you to decide which ones you wish to learn or upgrade. If you're having trouble choosing, upgrades can be unlocked automatically.
Story-focused mode is recommended for those players who are less comfortable with action games and wish to focus more on the game's story elements. In this mode, Clive will automatically evade some attacks, and epic Eikonic combos can be triggered with simple button presses. Action-focused mode, where Clive's every action is controlled by the player, is available for those who are confident in their skill—or want to test it.

Was soll ich sagen.....

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 21.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 25.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

🎬 Final Fantasy XVI: An Epic Fantasy Inspired by Game of Thrones 🎬 After fully completing Final Fantasy XVI, including Final Fantasy Mode and both DLC expansions, I can confidently say that this is one of the best action RPGs I have ever played. One of the first things that stood out to me was its strong Game of Thrones-inspired atmosphere. The political intrigue, power struggles, wars between kingdoms, and dark fantasy setting create a mature and compelling world. Yet despite these influences, the game never loses the heart of Final Fantasy, embracing its iconic themes of crystals, hope, sacrifice, and defying fate. The story is undoubtedly the heart of the game. Every major character has clear motivations and meaningful development, making it easy to become emotionally invested in their journey. The relationships between the characters feel genuine, and many moments throughout the story are emotional, powerful, and unforgettable. Clive Rosfield's journey stayed with me long after the credits rolled. The combat system is another standout feature. Every Eikon offers a unique playstyle, allowing players to freely experiment with different ability combinations and create their own combat style. The action feels smooth, responsive, and satisfying from beginning to end without ever becoming repetitive. Every major boss battle is an unforgettable spectacle, blending cinematic presentation with intense gameplay that constantly raises the stakes. The soundtrack is equally exceptional. Every track perfectly complements the emotions of each scene, whether it's a quiet, heartfelt moment or an epic battle. Combined with the game's breathtaking visuals, outstanding cinematic direction, and incredibly high production values, it creates an unforgettable experience from start to finish. I also appreciate how much care the developers put into the endgame experience. Final Fantasy Mode isn't simply a harder difficulty—it encourages players to truly master the combat system and makes a second playthrough feel fresh, rewarding, and genuinely challenging. The two DLC expansions further enrich the experience, with The Rising Tide delivering an engaging story, memorable boss fights, and one of the most exciting battles in the entire game. After spending countless hours completing everything the game has to offer, I can confidently say that every moment was worth it. Final Fantasy XVI masterfully combines powerful storytelling, exhilarating action combat, breathtaking music, and cinematic presentation into one unforgettable adventure. For me, this isn't just one of the best entries in the Final Fantasy series—it's one of the greatest action RPGs I've ever played and an experience that I believe every fan of the genre should have.
Loved it
Very linear, and the pacing of the story is often slow. Combat is repetitive, and although there are different elements with different play styles, they don't seem to actually have any strategic impact in battle (i.e. you can cast a fire spell at a fire monster and it will do the same amount of damage as an air spell). Slash, slash, slash, slash, dodge. Repeat. I'm not sure I'll actually make it to the end of this game before putting it down, and that's really something given how absorbing Final Fantasy titles used to be to me.
the game is great ! the battles are epic.
i love this game, the story is more complete than ff 15. This game is heavy lore centric, most of the time u just watching a cutscene and i understand if some people hated it but me myself i enjoy it. 9/10 Story, basically this game is about defying fate, wont put 10 bcs clive lacks romance 9/10 Side Quest, tho i dont really understand what score should i put, bcs many of them are uninteresting and some of them are extremely good. Heavy lore about racism, segregation, kindness, and being a hero for others 100/10 Combat, Absoulute Banger (if you know how to maximize ur combo) 100/10 Boss Fight, Crazy DOG fight 10/10 Graphic, Realism graphic and great optimization as well 100/10 Music, beautiful dont forget to mod yall Overall 9/10 (Very Nice)
Not a great JRPG game but a solid 8/10 action game. Playing this right after Crimson Desert helped me realized a great story can really carry a game despite being a much darker story than the usual FF , the forgettable story of CD turned me away from that game really fast in spite of the great gameplay. The progression is really linear so there's not much RPG in this game and the sidequests can be boring at time but the visual feast of the main quests and the Eikon fights is just too good that i think everyone should give it a try. Wait for a sale to get the main game and all the dlcs , totally worth it.
If this or FFXIII are/will be your first FF games, I'm so sorry. Please play FFIV, FFV, FFVI, FFIX, FFX, and/or FFXII instead. It was honestly kind of boring. Fights were boring and got repetitive once I figured out a broken combo. Party members were useless and might as well have not even been there. Music was forgettable. I don't even remember how ANY of the soundtrack goes, whereas I can easily hum so many tunes from each of the other mainline games. I honestly forgot the characters' names, too. Boss fights were cinematic but because they are scripted, you might accidentally waste your ability charges during their "immune to damage so a cutscene can play" phase The only thing that puts this above FFXIII for me as being the worst game in the series is that I at least finished FFXVI's story. If I didn't, it would have dethroned FFXIII as being the worst, because at least FFXIII had nice tunes.
First SP FF that I have played through to completion. It may not be anything groundbreaking and I may have issues with parts like the gear being nothing but stats, Eikon battles beside the Bahamut one being a bit too scripted and QTE focused and some other issues. But as a whole, I did love it Thank you for the journey
