Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Me encanta el juego! Quiero que esté para ps5. Gracias
This game is unfortunately in a very sad state given that it is a 1-to-1 port from the PS3 with no quality of life updates or balancing for PC. The unofficial patch and the 4GB memory mod are absolutely essential, and after you get those up and running, the game runs silky smooth. A nostalgic blast from the past.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.67/day in the week to Aug 4 → 6/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's ok I guess :/ But FFX is much better
Would be a thumbs up, but this game has one of the dumbest, lowest iq, mechanic. if the leader dies, even if you have 99999999999999999x pheonix downs and can insta cast it, game is over. straight up, ♥♥♥♥ this game. and ♥♥♥♥ whoever thought that was a good mechanic.

Love storyline, action sequences, graphics, and battles. Great Game!!!
Once you understand the combat system, the game becomes pretty simple. This is an issue because it gets to the point where getting good at the game means that there is no challenge and simultaneously the game leaves very little room for creativity and improvisation. I think developers frequently overlook this idea that yes you can have a good combat system, but if the enemies all have the same tactic to deal with the combat system is never fully appreciated because you're essentially "debuffing, buffing, then attacking with the right elementals." I cannot stand the timing/stagger mechanics. I much prefer the strategy of turn-based commands as in previous entries and having characters for specific chapters really emphasizes their flaws in combat as opposed to their strengths (Hope is a perfect example, nearly useless in a duo as opposed to a three man party.) Compared to games like VII which was released 12 years prior and had a much more elaborate and creative system of battle. I think that says it all really.
