About
Venture into a handcrafted world where ruins whisper of past cataclysms. Master the art of sword and sorcery and forge your path with relics, spells and choices that shape who you become in this first-person RPG.
While Fatekeeper follows a focused narrative path, the world invites exploration. From ancient battlegrounds, vast underground caverns and serene forests to crumbling sanctuaries forgotten by time, each area rewards curiosity with hidden lore, forgotten relics, and unexpected encounters.
Battle a wide variety of foes, each with distinct patterns, strengths, and weaknesses. Success demands both skill and preparation. Engage in reactive melee combat, unleash spells with precision, and adapt your tactics on the fly. Your build matters—but so does how you wield it.
Fatekeeper offers rich progression mechanics that go far beyond surface-level stats. Build and refine your character with meaningful choices across combat styles, attributes, and spell schools. Whether you lean into raw strength, nimble precision, or devastating sorcery, the game supports a wide range of viable and unique builds.
Discover, loot, and master a wide variety of weapons, armor, and artifacts. Customize your loadout to suit your playstyle, and experiment with powerful combinations to overcome increasingly challenging enemies. Every item matters—and the right gear can be the difference between victory and ruin.

Great visuals and world building so far. Initially had several issues with the feel of combat and levelling system but the updates have addressed the vast majority of these very quickly. Looking forward to more content.
Great game, hoping for more in the future, worth ever second. Wish there was some kind of new game plus though

The best things about this game are the ragdolls, dismemberment, magic, potions, and the kick the worst things about this game is the variety and repetitiveness but overall it is a fun and good game especially for 3ish hours of gameplay
bought game -> launch game -> game crashed 5 times on main menu -> uninstall -> refund
Прошел первый уровень, похоже на современный Dark Messian. А этого современному геймдеву нехватало.
Promette molto bene
big sword go swoosh
I'm giving this game a "yes" recommendation but with one huge caveat. It already looks beautiful and the base gameplay is entertaining. But why on earth would the developers limit when we can save our game? We're all on PC here, we shouldn't be stuck with console limitations. Do they mistake "tedious" and "aggravating" for "challenging"? Like many of us my gaming time is limited, and dying 9 1/2 minutes into a 10 minute save gap is not a way to make me love the game.
incroyable graphisme, mecanique type skyrim et darksou, assez dure sur certain passage surtout a la fin et pas besoin d'une grosse config pour y jouer
What a gem! What a GEM! Clearly an Early Access title so if you are looking for a fully fleshed game, this is not it. This seems more like a technology demonstrator / amuse bouche combo, where the devs show you want they are capable of. And, boy, are they capable! The world is breathtaking. I really hope that the lore will account for this in the finished game and explain all about the ruins you encounter and the state of the world. I spent half of my game time just wondering about and taking in the beauty of the surroundings. Stone and wood, sky and grass, everything catches the eye and earns genuine admiration. Sound is immersive and complements the visual fully contributing to the feeling of "I am here inside the world" rather than behind a screen. I have played without music so I will let others comment on it. What I can tell is that the game is compelling even without it. Surely it is not a detractor to have it, but I am saying that the game is atmospheric enough even without it. Mechanics: Moving about in the world is almost organic. You are not pressing buttons, you are moving. Everything connects, everything slides into place. Combat is good, although a bit more polish will make it better. Boss fight (there is only one at the moment of the review) is strange. I didn't like it because i was heavily restrained by a small area with almost no room to dodge. The boss hit like a truck and the adds are just there to make the fight more miserable. I have watched a guy on YT failing to kill the boss for 40 minutes straight. Having said that, know that I have killed the boss on my second attempt. I have never managed to pass the first boss in Dark Souls (and I HATE souls-like games) and I haven't done anything more than the guy on YT did, which made me think the combat still needs work. I doesn't break the game, but for such a beautiful world it deserves a good action. Last time I felt like this about a game was few years back with Anthem. Anthem fell flat on its face precisely because they failed to immerse the player into a world almost as beautiful as this one (have you noted how many times I have used the world beautiful?). I really hope this time will be different. Bottom line: I can hardly wait for the finished game, and paying 10 Euros to support its development was a pleasure. For the price of two beers I have humbly contributed to what have the potential to be one of the games we may talk about a lot in the future. Good luck to the devs, I really root for them!
