If I had a nickel for every time a masterpiece of a videogame released, that also has a scene of a character violently ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ themselves for five minutes straight, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice, right?
Great game. In the current state is kinda raw in the few places, but that's to be expected. I love the cross section of so many influences.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Jul 25 → 16/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

this game made life worth living
All in all a very good experience, the only thing that bothers me in some misiions in the new chapter the character might fall a little underground. I guess it is a bug, but not that critical. Overall still very fun game.
One of the best immersive sims in recent years. There are genuinely so many ways to approach things - hell, you can skip a lot of content in a level if you think creatively enough. It rewards creativity in every sense, too. It's not just a simple case of "hey, there are two distinct paths we've made, but nothing beyond that." It actually feels free-form, in the sense that you can tackle a mission however you like. The levels are generally pretty damn large, too. One of the other great things about this is that it has a very "boomer-shooter" feel, at least to me. The combat could be a little tighter, particularly in hand-to-hand encounters, but otherwise I strongly recommend it. The story, the atmosphere, and the comic-strip style are just the icing on the cake.
Pretty fun and well executed immersive sim with a unique style. A nice breath of fresh air in the current industry.
