Creating your own abomination out of your choice. The mechanics are there to change the way you are playing in each run and all you need to do is just choosing them or else just random it and have fun.
This game is my new obsession. I'm not sure why, but I tend to get bored with rougelike's very quickly... not this one! Every run is so different, even if I die within five minutes it's not frustrating, I just want to try again. The pixel art is great and the evolutions and enemies have such great designs. It's really fun to see what my little guy ends up looking like by the time I finish a run. And I love that I can save my favorites in the codex. Sure, I have my favorite evolutions (everything with charm), but whenever I find myself starting to pick the same thing over and over, I switch to the challenges. Most of the challenge setups force me to change my playstyle and try evolutions I normally wouldn't. Plus, the devs are still adding things. Sticky Tongue is a favorite. Honestly, might be the best $10 I've ever spent on a game.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The game is good, not much going on and it is simple to understand. The gameplay loop is satisfying if you want to kill some time.

As someone with both a biology degree and a lover of rogue lites/likes, this is peak.
