Elex was an interesting game that opened up a new path for Piranha Bytes. It's a shame that the second game was a mediocre copy of the first, instead of building on its potential.
Elex II is a very good game, a whole lot better than the first game. You can do a lot of things that you couldnt in the first game. The world is also bigger and some of the old places from the first game is still there but in ruins. Looks very nice, combat controls smooth. (max setting)

Bastante decepcionante, el primero no es la gran cosa, pero me ha parecido mejor que este. Los modelos de los personajes horribles y sin emociones faciales, todos con caras de cera estaticas. Los personajes femeninos tienen un filtro de belleza puesto, no se parecen en nada a como eran en Elex 1. Y la historia muy mediocre, la supuesta invasión no se ha sentido para nada peligrosa, solo mil misiones de ve a X sitio y mata a un regimiento entero de enemigos. No hay peligro real ni tension ni consecuencias ni nada. El final también fue muy decepcionante, una pelea aburrida y sin ninguna conclusión argumental. Ahorrate el dinero, no te pierdes nada si no lo juegas nunca en tu vida.

Ollut kauan jo pelikirjastossa, tykkäsin ekasta ja tykkäsin tästäkin ja oli helppo päästä sisään peliin. Ehkä oppimis kynnys tässä helpompi kuin ensimmäisessä joka saattoi olla joillekkin hermojakin raastavan vaikea. Ainakin enemmän vihuja piisaa tällä kertaa piestäväksi. Joka Piranha Bytes peleistä tykkää niin tämä varmaan kelpaa heille myöskin. On harvakseen aikaa pelille joten nautiskelen tästä, pienin annoksin kerrallaan. Enempi ehkä sellainen aivot narikkaan mättö RPG, jos näin sen voi ilmaista.

I have mixed feeling about this game. It is kind of OK, but I would say I've enjoyed the first one more. I probably wouldn't recommend this game unless you are really into old school Gothic-like RPG.
