Dragon’s Dogma 2 is a single player, narrative driven action-RPG that challenges the players to choose their own experience – from the appearance of their Arisen, their vocation, their party, how to approach different situations and more - in a truly immersive fantasy world.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 12.43/day in the week to Aug 25 → 32.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

She Dragon on my Arisen till I Dogma 2
My experience with this game has been mixed: it does some things well, but in other areas there is still a lot left to be desired. If you were a DDDA vet, then these are the things that have been missing that annoyed me the most, ranging from questionable to outright confusing for me, from the player's standpoint : - They removed the need to have the pickaxe to use it. - They removed crafting throwable bombs and other items. - No advanced version of two of the 4 main vocations, no hybrid vocation between thief and archer - Fewer skills for vocations; the Archer Master skill is just more stamina drain and more damage than Dire Arrow. - No hard mode, no difficulty (which is weird since they have somewhat of a New Game+ mode), no hard bosses that were insanely fun like Hydra and the Gazer - No endgame dungeon, no co-op, no moon - No skill augments - No mix-and-match system for armor, since it was vocation-locked, part of the reason why I LOVE warfarer in this game In my first playthrough, I could only last about 5-6 hours until a specific point of the main quest, which, not to spoil anything, basically lets you chase a scripted boss that chases your enemy, not you, and no matter what you do, he's gonna end up dead anyway, which is very disappointing based on how he was advertized in the game trailer. As someone who played the first Dragon Dogma, I knew how the story gonna end up, and I had my expectations. When I saw how they were developing the main plot for this game, I was so excited, which only left be dissapoint on the latter half of the story. Before the free update that gives everyone the Eternal Ferrystone, the traversing system was pretty boring, and i was so glad everyone could get infinite fast travel now. The combat system was ok, they retain almost all that I love from the first Dragon Dogma, besides things that i've been listed above. This game is shorter than the first one, with me doing about 30- 35-ish hours for almost all content. The list could go on for me on which kind of content feels short, such as: Sacred Arbor with the lack of activities, Volcanic Island that barely has any screen time of interaction, if you focus on the main quest,….. The affinity system for me is questionable, especially after I realized they even have an achievement that basically triggers when at least 2 of your max affinity NPC near you; they start to fight. The quest with two ladies in the game, which you could “romance,” isn’t exactly romance, but somehow your main pawn does depend on the ending (?) One thing I do love about Dragon Dogma 2 is the items, specifically clothes and weapon design. Really start to be a thing for me when I choose Wayfarer as my prefered vocations pured of necessity but left enjoying mixing and matching different kinds of combinations for the drippest setup. Too bad main pawn doesn’t have access to that, combine with the clothings being removed + the stats spreads pretty big with only 1 or 2 outfit that have the highest stats, so at the end the options end up being pretty limited as it And that’s pretty much i could say about this game, outside of things that already show in the first game. Dungeon was ok; exploration was ok (could be repetitive for new players). In conclusion, if you don't mind the rushed story and limited content then give it a try. The biggest selling point for this game is the graphics, and it certainly grows on you if you give it some time; it does for me, but not enough to overhshadowed it flaws. I haven’t looked the DLC interview with the director yet but it seems like we would have welcoming changes in the future, then i will update this review after that. But for now my final score for this game will be 7/10
Very fun game, many different playstyles, many secrets, alot of exploration. Alot of replay value. Keen for Dark Arisen
One of the best games for Fantasy and Combat, one of my favourite all time games!

If your going to buy a game just wait for dragons dogma 2 dark arisen, because the amount of pettiness that they did to dragons dogma 2 after the first dark arisen game is truly petty, do understand the game is not bad but all it really is, Is just a reskin of the first dragons dogma, they did the exact same thing back then that they did now, the endgame for dd2 is literally just as bad as dd1 yet you have to wait for DA just to have a solid endgame or even for it to be fun to even play, so yea just wait till october, if you cant then by all means go for it but for me i should have waited it out. if they even bother for a Dragons Dogma 3 just know i wont be buying there crap till the 3rd Dark Arisen.
20 hours in as of now and it's a solid 7/10* ( 2 years waiting for the fixes + removal of DRM [ main reason I waited 2 years to buy the game ] ). Combat is fun and changing vocations to experiment with different playstyles paired with exploring the map without any guides or external sources of information is an amazing experience, the community pawns helping point out POIs is really nice. Game runs reasonably well and mostly free of bugs ( small stutters while running in open areas and NPCs still load just a few feet away from the player inside cities - 2 Saurians spawned at the center of Vernworth but that only happened once and it was pretty funny so I guess I can let that one slide ). Will keep an eye out on the DRM situation since Capcom added Enigma to other games after removing Denuvo ( changing a product to a state in which a consumer would have avoided the purchase is a pretty important part of consumer right here in Brazil so I am making it as public as I can - I only purchased the game due to the removal of DRM ). Edit: * - 7/10 is good almost great - one more big patch to fix those minor stutter and increase NPC "draw distance" and it's a 8/10 ( that to me is 1 point short of games such as Witcher 3, HiFi Rush, Baldur's Gate 3). Good on you Capcom ( thou it would've been better to release the game as it is right now in the first place ).
