Dragon’s Dogma 2 is a single player, narrative driven action-RPG that challenges the players to choose their own experience – from the appearance of their Arisen, their vocation, their party, how to approach different situations and more - in a truly immersive fantasy world.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 12.43/day in the week to Aug 25 → 32.29/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
For those who might be tired of more traditional medieval rpgs. This one is a treat. Combat is very satisfying. Character customization is a lot of fun. There is a good amount of gear to uncover along the way and a great amount of play style variety. Your party of npcs are more often than not, genuinely helpful and can actually do things. This was probably the biggest surprise for me. There are some genuinely great gameplay mechanics sprinkled throughout that I'm surprised more studios haven't taken note. Now for some development woes. The game's narrative is weirdly pieced together. It starts off fine but loses it's footing after the first act. Eventually I forgot about the story altogether until I got close to the end. Fortunately the game's combat more than makes up for this. The music is serviceable but not distinct. Since I started my playthrough this year, I have benefited from the optimization patches and additional feature additions like having six instead of four skill slots. I'd likely have a different opinion about the game if not for these improvements. Lastly, there are quests that don't hold your hand and require some extra effort/thinking to figure out. It isn't necessarily a bad thing I just wish I was made aware of it before starting the game. It's just enough to be annoying at times, but not enough for me to add this title to the "I'll eventually get to it" pile.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

With its many quirks and problems (design wise), I still love this game. Maybe just a guilty pleasure, but it has plenty of strengths and charms.
Игры в которой все,кроме сценария, сделано на 80%. Везде чувствуется недоделанность или не доведение до логического конца А сценарий вообще сделан на 0 Сумбурное недоразумение И фиксы этого не исправят
Great game, love exploring in the open world
ZERO OPTIMIZATION, COMPLETE TRASH Crashes constantly every step of the way. Epic Crapcom fail. Without attempting laundry list of complex voodoo, the current RE engine stability fix seems to be: 1. Nvidia App: Run optimization for DD2 game profile, then from global settings, set available shader cache to 10GB. Restart system 2. Exempt game folder from anti-virus 3. Disable Nvidia and Steam in-game overlays 4. Delete CrashReporter.exe to crash back to Steam faster without multiple pop-up and system hangs 5. Run in borderless window instead of full screen 6. Use KBM or ensure gamepad connection is not broken in-game 7. Save constantly during gameplay. Still randomly crashes to desktop without warning, crashes with pop-ups, or black screens, or hard crash kernel violation or hard crash to full system reboot. A complete fv<king Crapcom mess. SOLVED: AMD 9950X3D users, make sure to enable all 16 cores instead of boosting on 8
Is there aught more I can do for you?
What a ♥♥♥♥ Game i tryed to like it there are many parts to like it but why does it feel like im just the side character and do literaly no dmg at all and when you fight a big monster suddently many small ones appear out of seemengly nowhere. And exploring doesn't feel like oh a chest i may find some good weapon or so but no just finding weapons for other vocations then the one i play. its jus feeling so not fun to play the combat sometimes feels very slugish and slow the stamina bar is almost empty after 2-3 abillities they do then only dmg to the small fry but the medium to big oponents your pawns will do the ehavy figthing wil the "Arisen" is just the passenger princess. i tryed to like it it is sometimes fun but hitting endlessli the enemy for no impact just is not what im searching for. After this big crash out i can't recommend that game at all.
I skipped this game because the performance was apparently really bad and tried Gothic instead. Gothic is literally unplayable for me and this game runs totally fine. I got this game on discount and it really should go on sale more, but after playing thus far I'd pay full price knowing what I know now.
If you’re the type of person who enjoys spending their evening debugging memory dumps rather than, you know, playing a video game, then CAPCOM has just delivered your Game Of The Year! Welcome to Dragon’s Dogma 2, the first piece of software in history that actively HATES even running. The RE Engine has transformed the mundane act of “walking from point A to point B” or character creation into a high-octane gamble of when are you going to see the inevitable DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG popup? You don’t traverse a landscape in this game; you tiptoe through a digital minefield, praying the memory allocation doesn't smite you for opening the escape menu, inventory or the map. I don’t care if you’re running a NASA supercomputer, it doesn’t matter. The engine’s garbage collection of Epic Megascans unoptimized assets is a pathetic joke (thanks for filling me in, programmer friend), a wooden house of cards nearly devoured by termites where some faulty execution path in the compiled binary always leads to a fatal error. The crashes are a feature for this game. It crashes in the character creator for no reason at all. It crashes when you hit “Doze Off” at the inn, which is ironic, because the game instantly dozes off the minute you start experiencing anything close to fun. It crashes if you look at it with a hint of disapproval. The shader compilation process turns your PC into a turbine jet warming up for takeoff, just so you can watch it buckle under. It's like the studio saw the word "compression" in a dictionary once and set the page on fire and sniffed lines of blow, coded this game, then DOVE OFF A BRIDGE. I’ve spent my entire “playtime” translating EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION codes. I’ve become intimately familiar with the architecture of the crash reporter, which is the only part of this product that works reliably. When the developer shrugs and blames your hardware, do us all a favor: don’t believe a word of it. This isn't a driver hiccup. This is a codebase that looks at a valid memory address and decides to drive a truck through your living room wall. This is a system stability ritual that turns your patience into a twitching eyelid. Do not buy Dragon’s Dogma 2 if you value your GPU’s lifespan, your sanity, or comically just want to play the game. How silly are you? Why would you expect to play a game in your Steam library? 0/10. A masterpiece of developer failure. It’s not that the gameplay is bad, I loved the 10 seconds I was able to play, again and again and again and FOR FOUR DAYS STRAIGHT; the software is fundamentally incapable of being turned on, like a customer service chatbot being sexted by a horny pet store manager with 35 cats and no life.
