Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 22.43/day in the week to Sep 11 → 61/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Before I played this game, I kept hearing the same thing: "It's just a walking simulator." Then I played it. Turns out, walking was exactly what I needed. There was something incredibly calming about focusing on one delivery at a time, one destination at a time. While the world around me was chaotic, this game quietly reminded me that every journey begins with simply taking the next step. I didn't spend much time exploring every corner of the map. My journey was mostly linear, and somehow that felt right. Every delivery had a purpose, and so did every step. The asynchronous online system surprised me the most. Every ladder, rope, bridge, or shelter another player left behind made me feel like someone I'd never meet had simply said, "I know this part is difficult. Here, let me help." For someone who's gone through difficult seasons in life, that meant more than I expected. By the time the credits rolled, I didn't feel like I had finished a game. I felt like I had learned something. Unlike Night City, which always makes me want to go back, Death Stranding feels different. It feels like a journey I needed to take, and one that prepared me for the next chapter. I can't wait to play Death Stranding 2. Keep on keeping on.
Death Stranding zerado!
Eu esperava me decepcionar nas primeiras horas, mas me surpreendi. No fim, é apenas você, o bebê, a carga e o destinatário, fortalecendo laços e vivenciando emoções e sentimentos.
At first you’re like "bro i’m just delivering packages??" and 5 hours later you’re hiking across mountains, fighting invisible ghost things and emotionally attached to a floating baby in a jar. Gameplay is slow but in a weirdly satisfying way. It’s basically chill walking until it suddenly isn’t and everything is trying to ruin your delivery. Story is insanely well written and just straight up incredible. confusing, dramatic, sometimes you’re like “what is happening” but somehow it still hits. Not for everyone but if it clicks, it really clicks. ALSO Mads Mikkelsen, Norman Reedus, Léa Seydoux? goated casting fr
I'm at 160 hours in epic, close to finishing the game. Saw that it's on sale here so bought it to replay it someday. This is honestly one of the best titles I've ever played or seen. This is a work of art. No less.
I love what I've played of this game for far and really want to keep playing it, but it has an unbearable amount of intermittent bugs and crashes that there don't seem to be any clear triggers or fixes for. "C0000005h access violation" is a bug wherein the game just suddenly starts refusing to interface with your graphics card, regardless of brand/bandwidth or any other discernable factor. Posts dating back 5-6 years ago show that this is a persistent error that there's no obvious fix for, but it's just left unsolved by the game's developers. There's another one wherein the game will just randomly abort as soon as the "loading" screen hits 50%. No amount of editing config files, doing a fresh install, giving security permissions, booting as admin or 3rd party patching or whatever else fixes these issues. For what it's worth, when it does run, the game is gorgeous and a lot of fun. It's not a "walking sim". There's a lot of depth to the game's mechanics and the story is engaging. It's definitely worth a spin. You're just going to have to put up with it being a total mess to get running.
Worth it because you never get something this indulgent with this budget, and the hiking gameplay is very good if you don't mind a slow experience, because boy is this game slow. My main problem is that it overstays its welcome with pointless side missions, since the main path already unlocks gear that trivializes the challenge, and for most of it the story moves forward by having one-sided conversations with holograms that reinstate the same information four or five times, just to be sure. Its maddening, more so because some of the more elaborate cutscenes are great.
