About
OPERATE WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS
Sam is back in his tactical suit and goggles, more lethal and agile than ever. Granted the freedom to do whatever it takes to stop the Blacklist, he races across the globe to uncover the source of this devastating threat.
OWN YOUR PLAYSTYLE
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist builds on the franchise’s stealth roots while expanding into action and adventure. Players can define their own playstyle and are rewarded accordingly:
- Ghost players remain undetected.
- Assault players confront threats head-on.
- Panther players strike silently and lethally with precision.
TOOLS OF THE TRADE
Take down the Engineers using advanced gadgets like the upgraded Snake Cam and the Micro-trirotor Drone. Fan favorites return, including the Sticky Shocker and the brutal curved Karambit knife. Stealth enthusiasts can abduct and carry enemies, while the Killing in Motion system lets players mark and execute multiple targets in one fluid, cinematic move.
BUILD A NEW ECHELON
Sam is forming a new Echelon unit: his team, his rules. Anna “Grim” Grímsdóttir returns as technical operations manager, CIA operative Isaac Briggs brings firepower, and hacker Charlie Cole rounds out the crew. Fourth Echelon operates from the Paladin, a repurposed stealth airliner equipped with unlimited resources and cutting-edge tech.

Reviews
1,400+ hours and Ubisoft turned this game into an empty shell. Spies vs Mercs is dead. Co-op barely exists anymore. Huge parts of the DLC and bonus content are inaccessible on PC because of the server shutdowns. A game built around multiplayer and progression now feels abandoned and incomplete. The campaign is still good, but buying this today means getting only a fraction of what Blacklist used to be. Ubisoft sold a premium stealth experience, then quietly erased half of it years later. One of the best stealth games ever made, treated like disposable garbage by its publisher.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 10: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

After more then 13 years i tried to play Blacklist again and what did i get? Only a game that fights me every chance it gets and doesnt even want to start to begin with and crashes every 20-30 min + the old Blacklist server are all gone so all the old DLCs that i have for Blacklist are worthless since they dont work anymore.... wonderfull. Thanks Ubisoft for such a wonderfull reminder and the world will be a better place once you go out of buisness.
this port has issues with crashing, but luckily you can put "-offline -offline_mode -nointro" in launch options and resolve it. i had crashes every 20-30min, but none after i used the above launch options. as far as the game goes, it's fantastic. still hold up in 2026. you can choose your own approach in each mission, aside from some scripted events. the story is a generic stop the bad guy, save the world plot, but it done well and makes for good locations/set pieces. definitely check out this game and the whole splinter cell series if you like action-stealth games.
I recommend SC Black List as a game but the thumbs down is for Ubisoft who are absolute scum sucking parasites. First SCBL stands as one of the last good stealth games. Its a lot of fun and marks also the last ever SC title. Same mechanics as Conviction but better overall in my opinion. Choas Theory remains the GOAT of course. list] [*]You have to make this game work with fixes before you can play it without constant crashes. [*]Ubi will make you log-in to their crappy launcher EVERY TIME. [*]Online Coop no longer works, so forget stealth fun with friends (was shut down in 2022) even though its STILL listed as coop on Steam [*]Because online services no longer exist there are items in game you can never access because they require those online services. You'd think they just would have rolled out a little updates to unlock it all for players but of course they didn't. [/list] Game: 7/10 Ubisoft: Scum
在Steam启动项添加-offline -offline_mode "-uplay_steam_mode",就不会闪退了。
Ubisoft messed up the "link to ubisoft account" crap and I am locked out of the game. Also cannot refund the game. I have conviction and also have serious issues with it like being locked out the dlc I already purchased and used when it first released however many iterations of Call of duty ago. If you get it to work its not bad. I had it on ps3 and enjoyed it but wanted to give er the old mouse and keyboard treatment but ended up wasting money just so I can write this hopeless review of Ill repute. I think I used that correctly
this game is amazing, not like the other games please paste this into the launch options if you dont want it to crash every 20 minutes -offline -offline_mode
Splinter Cell Blacklist is a great game. The stealth gameplay in this title is fun to master, and it is certainly very open to both lethal and non-lethal approaches. Story is fine, kinda Marvel-movie esque at times, but the gameplay I what I will commend the most. Dogs are annoying, as well as some of the quirks of each level for 100% stealth routes. I wish it would have went something more akin to Chaos Theory's atmosphere and tone instead of generic action media of the early 2010's, but even that part is something unique to like about this title. Nothing plays like any Splinter Cell game for stealth games (in my experience), and this is a fantastic entry in the Splinter Cell franchise. With that being said absolutely DO NOT BUY THIS PORT. The Steam version of this game constantly crashes after approximately 30 minutes, or alternatively, whilst at a loading screen. Forced offline mode works sort of, but you need to apply every CPU core to smooth the game out after going through that process, which can be a pain in the ass if you want to use fullscreen. Not a functional game on modern hardware to say the least. If you hate the Ubisoft launcher, you will love logging into the service every time you boot the damn game. I still have NOT found a consistent fix yet that worked for me. The fact of the matter is that Ubisoft are still selling an unstable buggy mess and I was tempted by a sale to repurchase this classic, unaware of the issues presented in the reviews. I implore you to enjoy this title on an Xbox One-Xbox Series for the smoothest 1080p-4k experience. Hell if you've got an old PS3, Xbox 360, or Wii U system lying around, play it there. Check your local mom and pop used game store, eBay, or other storefront. Used physical copies are pretty fairly priced. Beats constant crashing by a country mile. Cannot confirm if Playstation has this on their streaming service. Yeah it sucks cause mouse and keyboard feel nice, as well as the PC smoothness but just don't even bother with this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I do hope you will be able to play this game cause it is quite a fun Splinter Cell title. Shame Ubisoft, especially in their current state, won't bother to fix this game. Have a good day, thanks for reading this review, and do not buy ts.
