Darksiders is an amazing and highly atmospheric game with very dynamic gameplay. It's an absolute masterpiece compared to the sequels. Honestly, don't even bother playing the other parts — the first one is the only one truly worth your time 9/10

A game that blends classic RPG with an astonishing amount of badassery. Fun with a great story.
Classic nostalgia game. I remember not being able to afford God of War, but this was affordable, and a worthy alternative to the GOW series. Being able to play on pc is awesome, better graphics, snappy inputs with the controller, less fat fingering combos.

It's a fun game to play and chill
Peak game from so long ago. Gotta finish 100%'ing it. The pros is pretty much the story, the gameplay. Works pretty bad on new PCs tho, cause the game is really old, probably needs a remaster imo. Other cons are long travels end game but the fast travel got fixed in the second game, and a few bugs randomly appearing (obviously because the game is old. Not that back then people really cared much about it)
The core gameplay is pretty fun, which consists of hack 'n slash, except near the end where I felt it was getting extremely repetitive even if I varied between weapons. The puzzle segments have pretty strange solutions, but not impossible. They are just strange and seem to try mixing the gameplay up, but some puzzles just dragged on for far too long. And then there's platforming, in which the jump sometimes doesn't even register. This happened rarely, though. This is a pretty good game with fun gameplay
