El menos querido pero uno de los que más he disfrutado. Hablando con gente amante del género me di cuenta hace tiempo de que el diseño del mapa, la adaptabilidad y todo lo que ennegrece a este título en realidad no opaca lo tremendamente bueno que es.

It's a pretty bad game on a mechanical level, but there's a lot of fun to be had if you can look past that. The unintentionally comedic moments are definitely a highlight of the experience, and while having simultaneously the worst and easiest boss roster of the franchise, it has some really cool moments, too. Although it feels really bad at the start, I'd say it's still worth playing.
good game for me it better than dark soul 1\

I love this game! The atmosphere, music, side characters are perfect! I almost burst into tears the first time I entered Vendrick's tomb and saw him. The game is challenging, but the contrast between your first attempts to finish some location and how you complete these same locations at the end (Especially during the second playthrough) makes you feel how much stronger you became skillwise. Plus, you know the shortcuts/locations of some items, making the second playthrough a separate experience. Crowd control skills is something you can use in Elden Ring/DS3😅. To be honest, the exploration in DS2 is something I liked more than exploration in DS1 and especially much more linear DS3. I don't understand why this game is hated so much, my personal opinion, 10/10 game. Magnificent experience. Definitely deservres passing through.
i have 300 hours in ds2 not sure why it only says 100 but thats beside the point yes its not ds1 with interconnectivity and amazing npcs yes its not ds3 with insane bosses stunning looking areas. its ds2 it has some of the most gorgeous areas, also the worst some parts suck some are so awesome they tried so many new mechanics and details its not the other games it doesn't try to be its hub is gorgeous and the npc's don't try to make you like them if you enjoyed ds1 or ds3 if you can get over thelearning curve with ds2 you will love it i promise
I really want to enjoy DS2, I really do, but the problems are just so glaring and frustrating. Especially in this edition, SotFS, enemy placements are utterly ridiculous and unfair. Not uncommon to get absolutely swarmed by enemies around a blind corner. Not to mention the Adaptability nonsense, messed up greatsword tracking, general stiff feeling of the combat, underwhelming bosses, etc. I'll say that this game looks fantastic, I really love the graphics and the UI feels nice. So it's got that going for it. Try it, if you like it you like it, if you don't then don't try to force yourself to like it.
