Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 17.29/day in the week to Aug 25 → 48.57/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The game is great until you (might) hit a progression breaking bug that means you have to start a new game. I cannot recommend it because of this.
When I started playing this game, it was enjoyable, so I decided to go for 100% achievements. This decision probably killed my enjoyment of the game because by the end it was a total slog to complete. Overall, I giving a thumbs down because the best parts of this game cannot overcome the bad. For starters, the worldbuilding in this game is superb. A lot of games of gone out of their way to build lore with various collectibles that allow you to piece backstory together, but this game gets it right. The game balances mystery and humour in the snippets of documents, tapes, videos etc. that you collect, and you actually want to read through all of these as they are a lot of fun; the world that has been built in this game is worth exploring and unpacking. A possessed refrigerator? Let's go! However, I'm a bit torn about some of the major video clips that you can discover featuring an actual actor as opposed to an animated character. I wish the main story was told in a better way. Because of my 100% run, I was putting off the final chapters of the main quest to wrap up the side quests. When it was time to go back to the main quest, it was a huge disappointment because I thought I was saving some big reveals for the end game, but Control just wrapped up rather abruptly and it put off answering/resolving some major parts of the story. A sequel is on the horizon, but man, I think there were big holes in the narrative that the game annoyingly saves in its back pocket for later. The atmosphere is terrific. The giant government facility is interesting to explore, and the greys and sprawling, maze-like spaces keep a consistent tone. The set pieces support the lore very well, and you will be amazed at the massive spaces the government constructed to house the mysterious, paranormal forces of the world. Combat is where the gameplay suffers. You will have a variety of supernatural abilities like telekinesis, levitation, or mind control. While grabbing and throwing objects with you telekinesis in the game feels fantastic, and the onslaught of destruction you can wreak on your surrounding environment feels incredibly powerful, yet you feel pigeonholed into using the same telekinetic attacks repetitively. Although you have other abilities at your disposal, you'll likely end up spamming the same attacks because other techniques take too long to recharge or just aren't as effective. A big part of combat is your lone "service weapon", but it has the ability to use metamorphosis (for example, you can morph it from a pistol to a shotgun), so you technically will have an arsenal of guns. While the game offers you the option of switching (morphing) gun types and inserting upgrades and mods as you find/unlock them, it is super clunky to do so. The game already expects you to spend a lot of time in the pause menu reading up on lore, so it's a huge disappointment you have to also spend a lot of time paused to go through its clumsy interface to manage your weapon. You are arbitrarily limited to 2 active gun types, so if you want to switch between a shotgun to a long-range rifle, you'll have to pause the game rather than doing a quick switch on your controller or keyboard. Mods to your weapons in the game also feel weak and are a chore to mange. First, your inventory has a maximum, so if you want to pick up all enemy drops/loot from crates, you'll need to pause the game and decide on which mods are worth keeping by manually browsing through the list. Second, the crafting feels so tacked on because so little that you can craft feels noticeably worth it for the time you have spend navigating the menu. The weapons system would have been so much better if you could quickly switch between them without limitations and if the game did away with crafting altogether. Enemy design/combat is another issue. While there is enemy variety, they all appear the same. The "Hiss" are all relatively uniform in their appearance with their colour palette and orange glow. Because of your 3rd person perspective, enemies often appear quite far away, so from afar, all the enemy designs just look too similar and nuances cannot be appreciated. Worse still, combat with enemies felt unbalanced throughout the game as you either felt overpowered or underpowered. Too often your health bar would plummet way too easily, even if you try to be cautious with using shield tactics. It's also infuriating being constantly in a spherical battle arena (you're often levitating after all), and taking a hit that virtually drains your health from an enemy you cannot see behind/below/beside you is commonplace. When enemies respawn in a game that encourages backtracking for exploration, these irritants become amplified into being ultra-frustrating because you're doing the same annoying enemy encounters over and over again. Control has introduced a great world, and the lore truly is strong and worth delving into; however, the gameplay with annoying combat and clunky menu interface you're forced to frequently interact with which makes me say wait for the sequel. If the sequel addresses some of these issues, then perhaps this game is worth it for background info.
本体主线流程体验远高于支线和dlc,感觉地图引导只适配主线,支线和的dlc都像强塞进来,尤其dlc,一直在跑图无聊的要死
主角能力成长起来后战斗还是比较爽的
your the director so where tf is your remaining staff shouldn't they actively be fighting alongside you? 0/10 immersion seriously dumb why not make it where you can call in like 4 rangers instead of one
