Command: Modern Operations is the next generation in cross-domain modern wargaming. It enables you to simulate every military engagement from post World War II to the present day and beyond. The scale is primarily tactical/operational, although strategic scale operations are also possible.

I thought it was a game, like Superpower, however it is not a game at all, but more like a simulation of a guy who sits in an office and oversees a military operation. If you're expecting an actual game this is not it. However, if a boring sea/air operation, where you look at blips on a screen is your cup of tea, this is for you....
This is more of a warning than a review. You are not buying the game. You are giving them $100 for basically a launcher. Its the same game format as DCS World. You basically get nothing and cant really do anything unless you buy the DLC's. Base game is a Demo at best. This game should be free.(Like DCS) DONT BUY IT unless you want to spend another $100 ish to actually do anything.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This is it. The ultimate be all-End all modern warfare simulation. This game/simulation is as much a challenge to any warfare simulation enthusiast as there can be. Let alone any of those sitting in real world War College / Military headquarters bringing real world wargames to life. (Plus, from what I've heard this interface is MUCH Better) Honestly, any more realistic and you might find yourself answering some REALLY REALLY tough questions from some "Grey Men" in a barely lighted room. If this kind of game seems like whht you want....trust me it is.
A nice, casual game.
My PC didn´t handle it, bro on what NASA PC do i need to play? I also tried to shut off smth in settings, but it didn´t help me.
Hearts of Iron 7
As someone that work on military simulations this is one of the best ones avaiable for the public, the only multi-domain at theater level

Don't get me wrong the game is superb and by far the best simulator there is feature all modern weapon systems from sensors to platforms BUT THE TUTORIALS ARE COMPLETELY BROKEN! A sloppy job at best, given the difficulty and how demanding this game is! Can you actually believe that in some tutorials they don't even bother mentioning "Launch the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ plane"? "Switch to Unit view", yeah thanks a lot Dr Obvious, how am I supposed to know that? If I had known would I be playing the tutorials in the first place? Pathetic!
One of the best, most complex, naval warfare games made. If you don't have basic knowledge of various platforms and weapon systems, along with basic naval and air tactics, this game would have a very very steep learning curve. This game takes work. However, it's very rewarding when you do get a basic mastery of the game.
