Good lord finally finished it. so: + looks great + music is great - god awful dialogue: I honestly felt like this game is for 10 year olds but it has some F bombs so surely not - voice acting feels like these are placeholders and they forgot to record the real ones - missions are boring to me even when they try to add story elements they are still the same

Wonderfully written and superbly voice acted, Cloudpunk provides a gorgeous world that is an absolute joy to traverse. The vibes are immaculate, soundtrack immersive, and main character Rania is great to hang out with (and listen to) - guarded yet kind, patient and well-intentioned. Some of the side characters are really humourous and fascinating too, just a great little game!
A great little cyberpunk banger, perfect for the steam deck. A great game I usually played late at night before bed, when I could just zone out to the little cybernetic sounds and vangelis-vibes. I will say that I didn't love the city of ghosts expansion that much (admittedly did not finish it, kind of got bored), but the OG game is not long, but a great little game.
Hallo liebe Mitstreiter/innen/außen in diesen Digitalen Gefilden. Eine relativ kurze und knackige Rezension zu Cloudpunk. Empfohlen? Ja, für Leute die so etwas mögen. Ein Spiel für zwischendurch? 50/50! Es gibt schon mal Passagen die sich ziehen wegen den Dialogen. Man kann aber auch jederzeit unterbrechen. Ist es Gemütlich? Im Prinzip ja weil es so gut wie keine Zeitbegrenzungen bei den Lieferterminen gibt. Musik: Guter Retro-Synthesizer Musik Stil der nicht nervt und sich gut einfügt! Sprachausgabe: Gut, jedoch auf Englisch. (Deutsche Untertitel sind auch gut und geben alles korrekt wieder was gesprochen wird.) Geschichte: Gut, wirkt aber erst nach etwas Spielzeit. Dann wird es erst interessant. Grafik: Klotzig aber gerade das passt gut zu diesem Spiel. Nachteile: Keine manuelle Speichermöglichkeit. Das Spiel Speichert beim verlassen und startet auch dort wieder. Wenn man an einem früheren Speicherpunkt zurückkehren will, muss man aktiv tätig werden und die Speicherdatei (die wird hochgeschrieben und eine Sicherung des alten Spielstandes wird erstellt!) umbenennen und die letzte gewünschte Speicherdatei eben auf den normalen Spielstandnamen umbenennen. Fazit. Nicht von dem Video abschrecken lassen. Warten, bis es preislich reduziert ist. Kostet dann mit Zusatzinhalt (Neudeutsch: DLC) weniger als 4 Tafeln Schokolade mit der bemalten Kuh (270/300g/ Nicht reduziert ;) ) :) Persönlich würde ich diesem Ding schon fast 90/100 Prozentpunkten geben weil es ein sehr überraschend frischen Stil hat trotz das es klotzig ist. Gespielt auf: Steam Deck (LCD)
Great story, amazing world building and I really love the dynamic between the different characters. All in all its a nobrainer to play this if you are a fan of Cyberpunk.
