Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.86/day in the week to Jul 30 → 5.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Gas Station Simulator is all about renovating, expanding and running a gas station along a highway in the middle of a desert. Freedom of choice and multiple approaches to run your business and deal with pressure are key ingredients in this game.
Buy an abandoned gas station in the middle of nowhere and restore it to its former glory. Get rid of debris and broken furniture, fix up the walls, paint and decorate the place to your liking.
Just don’t spend all your cash on the looks right away, you bought a gas station after all. Repair the equipment, buy what can’t be repaired and start serving your customers to earn money for further renovations and improvements.
You don’t need to stay small. You can expand your gas station to be able to serve more customers. Also, a gas station is not just about selling fuel. You can expand the array of services that you offer to your customers and thus attract more and more varied customers.
You have various expansion options at your disposal, from smaller ones like providing toilets, a simple shop to complement your income up to big ones like an entire workshop to perform car repairs or even a car wash. There are quite a few choices and most of the expansions can themselves be further expanded upon as well. There is so much you can do here.
Restoring your gas station is one thing, giving it a personal touch another. The game offers a wide array of options to customize what you have already built and lots of decorations to further enhance the uniqueness of the place. Some decorations can be bought, others have to be acquired during gameplay.
It is not just about making the gas station look nice. The more impressive your gas station looks, the more customers will be attracted.
Serving your customers is key in running your gas station with success. They all expect to have their cars filled up, their shopping done right away and aren’t that patient even when it comes to repairs of their vehicles. You are going to be dealing with some serious time pressure at peak hours and have to schedule various tasks for when it’s less hectic. Proper time management and choosing the right priorities becomes very important when it comes to keeping your customers happy.
While you can try, it most cases running a gas station that has been expanded and upgraded offering lots of different services to your customers might be just too much to handle for you alone. This is where employees come into play. You can hire even multiple employees to help you with the various tasks at the gas station. Employees have their own skills and some are better at some tasks than others. Employees also level based on the tasks they perform and become better at them with time.
You can’t sell what you don’t have. Keeping track of your stock is important and ordering at the right time for the right price helps to keep profits up. To even better use low price opportunities, you can build a warehouse and expand it to allow for larger storage. Keeping a close eye on your stock is crucial as deliveries take time and you really don’t want to run out of goods to sell, not to mention fuel.
We created the game so that if you like, you can dive deep into management features and micromanage the living you know what out of it. However, if micromanaging isn’t your cup of tea, we don’t force you to deal with the depths of it. That being said, micromanaging some aspects like supplies or employees can be very rewarding both in terms of finances and fun.

Reviews
Bought an abandoned gas station in the middle of nowhere. Now I pump gas, scan groceries, clean toilets, paint walls, order stock and wonder why I'm doing all of this voluntarily. Somehow it's actually fun. My real job should be worried.
Use to be good. I defined this as the simulation game that no one knew they needed. it was fun, excited and great. However since the initial release, this company has ignored feedback and instead pushed unwanted dlc and refuses to fix problems in the game. In addition this week, they released a spam report in weekly updates so that they could use AI to advertise their game dlc that no one asked for.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I really loved the base game, but each DLC that's been added has caused more and more issues within the game. I don't know why the devs didn't just make standalone games with these DLCs instead of ruining a great game. If you do buy this game, only purchase the base game and use the free DLCs. It won't break the game, there will be a few issues with traffic and customers acting funny. None of that is game breaking and so you can still enjoy a great game at it's core.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this game, but you should listen to your players and add multiplayer. You have 14 pages of requests to play with friends, why not give the people what they want?!?!
60 hours later, I've called it quits on the game. The first 30 hours was a fun grind restoring the gas station and leveling up, but after you build the drive-in cinema, the Party Pad, the Ice cream machine, etc, there is no more desire for grind. I get excited by growth, I wish the game let me build the gas station even bigger with more pumps, more convenience store space, bigger parking, etc. A carnival DLC would be really cool! The in game Ferris wheel is aesthetic, but I'm sad people cannot ride it. A whole carnival with multiple rides and vendors would be awesome and visually pleasing in the dessert. A 60's diner would have been awesome too. This game is a great concept, but I'm not a fan of the DLCs. I think they should have allowed a more impressive gas station with asphalt pavement, neon lights, etc. The vibes are fun in this game, it's a blast, but you hit a dead end quickly unless you spend a lot of money on DLCs which are meh.
Arriving at Gas Station Simulator in 2026 is a bit like showing up to a party after everyone has already agreed the food was excellent. Ten thousand positive reviews got here before I did, the discourse has been settled for years, and my contribution to it amounts to nodding politely and saying yes, that was indeed pretty good. Which is unfair to the game, honestly. I have spent the intervening years playing simulators that learned from this one, refined its ideas, sanded down its rough patches, and then I circled back to the source and found myself comparing it to its own descendants. That is nobody's fault but mine. Setting that aside, the game absolutely delivers on what it promised. You buy a derelict station in the middle of a desert, clear out the debris, paint the walls, repair equipment, and slowly transform an eyesore into somewhere travelers might voluntarily stop. Every improvement lands with obvious weight because you can see it. Not a stat sheet buried in a menu telling you your throughput increased by twelve percent, but an actual physical change to the property you have been sweating over! Watching your station evolve visually across dozens of hours is the single most satisfying thing here, and it is enough to carry the whole experience on its own. Where the game loses me is the endgame, which never quite unclenches. Management systems eventually let you offload work onto employees, and that automation genuinely does relieve some of the pressure, but a stubborn set of tasks refuses to be delegated. Running the movie projector and dealing with the popcorn remain permanently yours, forever, no matter how large your operation grows or how many people you employ. The result is an endgame that should feel like presiding over an empire but instead feels like being the owner who still has to work the concession stand personally. Whether this is intentional design or an oversight is unclear to me, and either answer is a little disappointing. Good game. Genuinely. It set out to do something specific and did it well, and I suspect I would have loved it considerably more had I arrived on time. Late to the pump. 7/10
In this game of Honking Simulator, I mean Gas Station Simulator, run around leveling up your old dusty gas station while cars incessantly honk at you. Work day and night 24/7 with no breaks, as everyone says BEEP BEEP as you slowly go insane. Oh, you need a delivery of fuel at your gas station? HONK HONK MF. Then a fat child runs to me in the distance, and what does this child want? To spray paint my already falling apart station with tags like "you suck". How dare he? I work tirelessly to keep this thing together, and he thinks he can just run up to my walls and graffiti them all while the cars honk in my ears? Anyway, this game is fun if you can handle the above, and the actual leveling up is pretty fun. It could definitely use more decorations, though, or some kind of rizz. I want to make my station some wacky stop, not just a dusty woody thing, but oh well. Price-wise, I think it is asking for a little too much compared to how much content there is, but I would recommend it if you can get it on a good sale.
It's very linear for a management game. It plays as a series of objectives, and I never felt a real possibility of failure, which limits the sense of strategy. Much of the gameplay consists of small mini-games (fueling, cash register, car repair, etc.), making it feel more task-driven than management-focused. On the technical side, I didn’t encounter any bugs, and the overall quality is solid.
