Great game, just a couple problems here and there. Everything about it is amazing, love these types of games. 10/10
A worthy sequel to the first game. The art and sound are very immersive. The dialogue and humor genuinely surprised me and made me laugh out loud. I would have appreciated more platforming and combat but in the end this is meant to be a relaxing, virtual museum-style game and it excels at that. It's a must-play for millennials and gen Z who have deep nostalgia for the late 90s and early 2000s.

Broken Reality was already a banger but this game tops it
Overall I liked this game, it was a good follow up to the original Broken Reality. A little thinner on story and puzzle complexity than the original I thought, but there were quite a few quality of life improvements and top notch art direction that went a long way to make up for it. That said, there was a decent amount of jank (as to be expected), but surprisingly I noticed more little bugs in this one than the original, typically around level geometry (I would regularly get caught on top stairs) and traversal with the hyperlinker (the unstuck button was my friend). All that said, the game is worth the cost of admission even at full price and I can't wait to see what this dev team comes up with next!
After playing for two hours, I found it rather unsatisfying. The map tends to get stuck easily, the katana can't cut through virus frames, and after just a few clicks, the likes disappeared. The dialogue box font no longer uses pixel art, and the modeling has become smoother. The art and music style lacks the strong vaporwave vibe of the previous installment, making it significantly less appealing to me—quite disappointing.(translation software)
Cool
Overall: Loved the first one and love this one as well. Highly recommended to enjoyers of walking simulators with retro internet vibes. Technical: Game works perfect on Linux without any finagling. I never ran into any game-ruining bugs. Gameplay: All good and fun, with my only feedback being: some actions felt a little sluggish, like the camera lerping that happens when you interact with NPCs with textboxes. The default walking speed could be increased just a small amount, which doesn't matter when you get the surfboard, but it takes a while to get to that point. More shortcuts could be added to the Crypt for sure, for backtracking to look for hidden items. Having to redo puzzles in that area to explore, I could do without. Sound: Very good sound design. I think I like the soundtrack to the first game more, but this one has a solid soundtrack as well. Graphics: Loved the visuals!
I wanted to enjoy the game but the game often freezes during npc dialogue which is necessary to progress in the game. Normally it'd be fine but since there is no autosave. Most of the time Im stuck retracing my efforts by a couple hours this has happened to me at least 4 times at this point. The feeling of each world is incredibly unique and the soundtrack is great but the game is way too rough right now to recommend
This game is more of what you loved from the first game; more vibrant vaporwave areas to explore, great music to listen to, and buying up everything in the stores. I liked it enough to create a walkthrough as i played, which i haven't done for any other game. Hope to see more and i highly recommend this game.
