Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.14/day in the week to Aug 31 → 3/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
So, after 32+ more hours, I'm editing my review. The technical problems I had, which were the reason I left a negative review, are gone. After a few small patches (I don't know if they actually fixed it) and lowering the graphics settings, I haven't had those issues anymore. The biggest one was the AMD GPU crash, and it never happened again after lowering the graphics. The desyncs also got much better too, so I really have nothing to complain about on the technical side anymore. Because of that, I'm changing my review to positive. This is a good game, and I had a good time with it. The technical problems I mentioned before simply didn't happen again after another 32+ hours of playtime. That said, I've also realized this game just isn't for me, and that's not the game's fault. I almost always prefer playing solo—SSF, Ironman mode, whatever you want to call it. But after spending more time with the game, it's obvious that this isn't what the developers designed it around. I have a life outside of gaming, and if I wanted to make satisfying progress while playing solo, I'd have to invest hundreds of hours and pretty much play only this game. If you split your time between different games, solo progression can feel very slow, and eventually you'll start feeling stuck. The game really shines when you play with other people. Trading, cooperating, dividing tasks, and interacting with the community make progression much smoother and let you experience far more of what the game has to offer. Playing solo means you'll spend most of your time gathering and crafting just to make small steps forward, while missing a lot of the content that's clearly balanced around multiplayer. So I'm not going to judge the game negatively because it doesn't match my preferred playstyle. It's doing exactly what it set out to do. If you enjoy interacting with other players, trading, and working together, you're probably going to have a fantastic time. A lot of reviews say the game is "too grindy." It definitely is grindy, but I think many of those opinions come from people trying to play it solo, like I did. In my opinion, that's simply not the experience this game was built for. I do hope that by the time 1.0 releases they make solo play a bit more rewarding. But they don't have to—that's just something I'd personally like to see, not something I think the game owes me. So if you're reading this review and you're someone like me who prefers playing alone, just know what you're getting into. But if you enjoy cooperating with other players, trading, and being part of a community, this is absolutely a must-buy. It'll easily steal hundreds of hours of your time.

Overall, the game is quite good. There's crafting. It's an open, populated world. However, there are some issues. 1. Constant disconnects. This means that while fighting, crafting, sailing, or simply traveling, you can be disconnected at any time. While this isn't a big issue while traveling or crafting, it is annoying. However, losing resources while collecting loot at sea or dying in combat is very frustrating. 2. Resources drop when your inventory is full—you risk losing them. Resources dropped while crafting at a station end up on the ground and can't be picked up (they drop within the station's radius, and hovering over a sack of resources teleports you to the station). Resources dropped in the grass or on branches are difficult to pick up, and given that some resources have a timer, this can lead to the loss of valuable resources, as you can't hover your mouse exactly 1 pixel over the resource's location. So far, this is all I've encountered, but the list could go on. Buy only when on sale!
100% reccomended, kind community game
Fun Cosy Game, surprisingly addictive. More of a cosy idle game, as crafting consist of a lot of idle time, so more of a chill second screen game while u watch some netflix. BUT Server issues are brutal if youre EU based, a VPN to US fixes this but is a REQUIREMENT to be able to play the game. Otherwise its reloading/restarting the game every 2-10 minutes

big time sink, but fun with friends, or if you find a place you feel like you might belong.
devs can be a little radio silent in their moderation but overall their actions are good. Ignore Zephrim's post, he's just entitled.
