Indebted to the wrong people, with his life on the line, veteran of the U.S. Cavalry and now hired gun, Booker DeWitt has only one opportunity to wipe his slate clean. He must rescue Elizabeth, a mysterious girl imprisoned since childhood and locked up in the flying city of Columbia.

Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11.43/day in the week to Aug 21 → 12/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
This game did not live up to the trailers/showcases, this is like the Half-Life 2 beta if the final product was a bit worse, it's almost as if it's a whole different game compared to the trailers. This is definitely the weakest game in the BioShock series, the atmosphere is a drastic change from the dark dystopian world to more of a brighter and less depressing world. The story got confusing a little over half way through the game and by the end of it. The 2 DLC's that take place in rapture felt a bit too fast and rushed, I mean, yeah they were pretty decent but it felt like the same game but just a different plot and map, I may be nitpicking but this game was very disappointing. The gameplay felt the same throughout the playthrough besides some parts, it was more shooting and running. BioShock Infinite removed one of my favorite features from the original BioShock and that was the hacking minigame, it just got replaced by a vigor, which yeah, it makes it way more easier but I liked having to a quick puzzle to get a turret on your side, it felt rewarding which as in this game, you just press right click on whatever machine and it becomes your friend for a minute. If this game was somewhat like we were promised through the demos and trailers then this probably would've been the best BioShock but instead, we got a generic FPS, this game just doesn't even feel like a bioshock game as it removed the survival and "horror" aspects of the first 2 bioshock games but it adds a little bit of a lore to the first game and setting up the events that happen in it, but that's only for the DLC. I would only really recommend this game if you REALLY like the BioShock series but this game was mostly a bit boring.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Game holds up rly good ngl, wish more games had companions like Elisabeth. However, I have only 2 gripes: the lack of the manual save system feels inconvenient and the weird crashes and bugs that happen and you can only fix that by restarting the game (like the story dialogue overlaps between Elisabeth and Booker, where you can't make up what each says without restarting the game, even with subtitles on).
Combat stays fresh throughout the game by giving you the freedom to mix weapons, Vigors, and the Sky-Line system in creative ways.
Played this when i was 14 and liked it. Played it again now and it kinda blows. Looks beautiful and the Design is great, but the combat is pretty boring, especially after playing 1 &2. Liked the Story when i was 14, but it kinda falls apart playing it again. The DLC's also look great, but feel incredibly pointless to me. Episode 2 is fun for a bit until the novelty wears off and then it just answers Questions nobody has been asking. Ken's a hack.

Bioshock infinite is the type of game the more you play it the worse it gets.
