A nuclear disaster has left an area of Britain in tatters. Atomfall, a new survival-action game, will see you explore, scavenge, craft, barter and fight your way through beautifully recreated scenery in search of answers.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.29/day in the week to Aug 24 → 9/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
A survival-action game inspired by real-life events, Atomfall is set five years after the Windscale nuclear disaster in Northern England.
Explore the fictional quarantine zone, scavenge, craft, barter, fight and talk your way through a British countryside setting filled with bizarre characters, mysticism, cults, and rogue government agencies.
From Rebellion, the studio behind Sniper Elite and Zombie Army, Atomfall will challenge you to solve the dark mystery of what really happened.
Player Driven Mystery: Unravel a tapestry of interwoven narratives through exploration, conversation, investigation, and combat, where every choice you make has consequences.
Search, Scavenge, Survive: You’ll need to scavenge for supplies, craft weapons and items, and fight desperately to make it out alive!
Desperate Combat: With weapons and ammunition scarce, each frenetic engagement will see you blend marksmanship with vicious hand-to-hand combat. Manage your heart rate to hold a steady aim and ensure you have the energy you need to reach for your cricket bat and land the killer blow.
Green and Unpleasant Land: The picturesque British countryside, with rolling green hills, lush valleys, and rural villages belie the dangers that await you. Navigate cult-controlled ruins, natural caves, nuclear bunkers and more as you explore this dense, foreboding world.
Reimagining Windscale: A fictional reimagining of a real-world event, Atomfall draws from science fiction, folk horror, and Cold War influences to create a world that is eerily familiar yet completely alien.

Loved it. What's not to like about the Lake District in the sun with 1950's weapons? Good gameplay. Stable. Just good fun. Wish it was longer.
Very, very good game. Mechanics is nice, and design is wonderful. Just the right amount of realistic and cartoonish. Plus, the story is very well written.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 20: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

If i could leave a neutral review i would. The graphics are really good in this game, The world design and voice actors are also really good. This game can be completed really quickly though, i completed it in 8 Hours just going after the main storyline. Combat is meh, As others have said melee is bad even though the game wants you too play that way. Also stealth is poor as others have said, it is possbile. Most of the time if you're fast you can just run past all the enemys which once i figured that out did kinda defeat the point of the game.
lovely game , enjoyable , featuring challenges .
Bon petit jeux environ 20h de gameplay , histoire et maps sympa , les fusillades manquent un peu de patate mais le mystére est interressant. De nombreuses fins disponibles , perso. au bout de 4 ca m'a suffit^^
Its a great game:)
No.
TLDR: 7.5/10 Awesome world, meh combat, and my new favorite quest system! Buy on sale! or if ya REALLY like stalker esc games buy it now! I like this game! Its easily a 7/10 so far! But I have some issues, there is stealth but its just weird? and kinda unusable. A lot of the combat is silly and slightly immersion breaking due to the way enemies act and how guns are and how you can kinda just super epic sigma kill every big area of enemies by sitting in a corner. BUT if you could just sneak around combat and honestly make it harder I think it would be a 9 or a 10/10 because the world is beautiful EXTREMELY INTERESTING and I love a word small enough to reasonably do the whole here's some loose description of where to go good luck and make you want to think about where to go and what to do.
Great game! I loved the English Athmosphere and the dialect. Aiming and shooting is nicely done and pretty realistic. Crafting is useful and simple. Story is good and thank god there are no tedious dialogues. If there are dialogues, they are short and you can quickly skip through. I also liked the adjustable playstyle settings. You can adjust all the enemy-parameters (awareness, strength,..). And last but not least: There is no magic! (I stop playing every game, the moment I have to fight a skeleton. Done with that nonsense!) Only thing I had to do was limiting the FPS, otherwise my PC went nuts and got pretty noisy.
Be Careful About Who You Trust And Make Every Bullet Count
It's an open-world survival action game set in alternate-history Cumberland, Britain. This place has been quarantined for years, leaving its inhabitants to fend for themselves and dream of a way to escape their prison. Definitely worth picking up on a sale.
PROS:
➕ Character Progression; You do not gain levels. Your character does not become stronger by fighting. The only ways to make yourself stronger is to find better weapons, learn new recipes and find Training Stimulants that give you skill points. As such, your character progression is tied entirely to exploration. ➕ Scarce Resources; You really do have to be mindful of your ammo and supplies. You do not find ammo in double-digits; you find it in single digits. Sometimes, all you find is a single bullet lying on ground. Good news is that a well-aimed headshot usually does the trick – but you might want to think of other ways of fighting too. ➕ Combat; I played the game on Survivor difficulty. Combat is both difficult and not difficult. The important thing in this game is to fight battles on your own terms, not the enemy's. If you're the first one to snap their neck or put a bullet in their head, the momentum is yours and you can probably massacre all of them. If you're standing out in the open like a deer in headlights while five bandits are determined to kill you, they'll turn you into swiss cheese. Just be smart about how you approach fights and you shouldn't have too much trouble genociding the Quarantine Zone. ➕ Exploration; You get some map markers to point out major locations – but you don't really get convenient quest markers to follow blindly. For most of the game, your progression is tied to you reading for clues and exploring the map on your own. I find this to be a very good feature. The environments they've build are gorgeous to look at. (For emphasis, exploration is a major part of the game; you don't encounter enemies around each and every corner) ➕ Economy; Interestingly, there’s no money in this game. Coins and paper money are of no use to the people living inside the Zone. Instead, you have to barter for items. This creates an interesting system where you do not feel compelled to hold onto things like first aid, grenades and pills. If it helps you kill things faster, there's no reason not to use them. ➕ Multiple Endings; You meet a lot of interesting people on your journey. Some of these encounters might open up a path to a different ending. Which ending you actually want is up to you and your choices though. ➕ Performance; I’m actually quite stunned at how nicely this game plays with my computer. I thought that with graphics like these, my computer fans would start screaming. But no, everything runs smoothly.
NEUTRAL:
⚪ Enemy AI; Overall, I feel positive about how the AI works. Enemies become alerted if they hear a loud noise or find a dead body. Some of them even run away to alert others. But at some times, they get stuck climbing over a fence. And if you’re attacking them from your hiding spot, they can’t seem to locate you, even though it’s clear where the shots are coming from. ⚪ Stamina = Heartrate; There’s no stamina system in this game. Instead, you have a heart rate. You can technically keep going as long as you want, but your heart rate will skyrocket, making it harder to do those things. I'm convinced the reason this feature exists is so that you can sip tea to calm your heart rate. ⚪ Stealth; This game has the classic Takedown option: sneak behind an enemy and instantly kill them. But I never really used it. For one thing, it’s noisy and alerts others. Most enemy groups are also alert enough that they cover each other’s blind spots. But it’s alright. As long as I can get close enough undetected, I can ambush them in a different way. (By the way, you can snap almost anyone's neck if you so choose) ⚪ No Day-Night Cycle; It’s always daytime in Atomfall. It only gets dark if you go underground. ⚪ Social Interactions; I’m kind of neutral about this feature. Basically, you don’t have to fight every person you encounter. They don’t want any trouble either; as long as you back away and don’t threaten them, they’ll leave you be. But frankly, it doesn’t make sense for a raiding party of bandits to be wary of you. Realistically, they’d shoot you first and ask questions later. Then again, maybe they’re wary after I massacred their entire camp? Either way, if you’re not in the mood to fight, you can avoid a fight easily. ⚪ No Theft System; You can walk into any one’s home – or whatever counts as their domicile – and take what you want without consequences. ⚪ DLCs; I do not own the DLCs and know nothing about them. I will consider getting them in the future.
CONS:
➖ Hoarding; Being the loot goblin that I am, I find myself inconvenienced by the fact that Item Box has a limit of 100 items. This means that eventually, I had to start discarding items from my item box to fit more important things in it. To be frank, I don't know why this item limit exists. Instead of having a gigantic hoard, I have to settle for having a very large hoard. ➖ Fall Damage; Falling any distance will cause a stupid amount of damage.
FUN TIDBIT:
Thralls were the creepiest enemy I had to face in the game. I think I developed a slight trauma from fighting them.
