Reviews
I have played most civ-like games over the years and I consider Ara to be one of the worst. It is badly designed, unintuitive and with a half-baked tutorial. It also features some weird national leader choices, eg. Australia is led by a pathologist. Examples of bad/unintuitive game design: * The map is divided into regions, regions are divided into several zones (3-5). Only 1 building can be built in a zone and some buildings boost some building types in a region. This makes regions vastly unbalanced. * Researching Animal Husbandry unlocks cutting down trees

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Gutes Spiel, macht Spaß
I just checked: >4000 hours CivVi. 0 hours, CivVII. I needed my fix. The recent reviews, post an update, and needing a breather from Foundation, I thought I'd give this a try. I LOVE IT! And I'm just 3 hours in. I know, there will be plenty more!!
It's fun
i really enjoy it , still figuring out how to play it
Ich finde es gut, macht Spaß.
Everything I wanted Civ to be since 4 and hasnt been. Im lost in the game... Send help. Stardock have done wonderful things to bring it to a good state, although, fair warning. It COULD explain its systems better. But it does well enough that I enjoyed poking around for more information... that was MOSTLY there. (What % chance is a paragon?) <-- still havnt solved this one.
