Kidnapped and taken to an unfamiliar location, nine people find themselves forced to participate in a diabolical Nonary Game by an enigmatic mastermind called Zero. Why were they there? Why were they chosen to put their lives on the line? And more importantly, who can be trusted?

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.43/day in the week to Sep 4 → 2.71/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
The first game is amazing in every way, the second one is kinda clunky at times and looks much different (worse) than the first one, but the story more than makes up for it! Great trilogy overall
Brooo...... arte puro 1000000/10.

First of all, don't play this expecting it to be a deathgame, like Danganronpa. A couple of characters will die, but it's not the same experience, thanks to the choices and the flowchart you'll keep going back lots of times. Zero Escape is more about the mystery surrounding all these characters, the place you're all trapped in and the events happening thorugh the game. To solve this mystery and to escape, the characters have to solve various escaperoom-like puzzles. Both games were amazing, and even if they felt a little slow at times (specially VLR), once you reach a point where you start getting more information, you just won't be able to stop until finishing the game. The plot twists are mind-blowing, in 999, at least, even if a little complicated or difficult to believe in some cases (looking at VLR). Characters are also amazing, but not without some japanese fan service and unfunny humour. Nothing that will keep you from enjoying the experience, but there are some scenes sure to make you sigh. My favourites are probably Clover, K, Dio and Phi. Oh, yeah, also important to say: PLAY 999 IN NOVEL MODE. I know action mode's more cool and easier to read, but there's a plot twist that will make much more sense if you play in novel mode. (I've read the DS version is the best one to play, but it doesn't allow to travel through the flowchart like you'll be able to do in this one. In my opinion, it's way cheaper and easier to play this the whole trilogy in Steam, even if some things in 999 will be a little bit worse, it will still be an amazing game).
