Note: From what I've since understand from the community and my own experiences - this is not best place to start the series, because it's a very difficult game (many have said it's the most difficult in the series), so if you like me are considering starting the series with this, maybe consider another. All that said, despite some initial hurdles of difficulty - I had a blast. Great combat - including some really well-designed boss fights - and a genuinely interesting world and narrative. I loved it. Cons: - Platforming isn't great owing in large part to the fact that it belongs to the era of 3D games that still hadn't really worked out proper depth perception, so if the entire side isn't covered by the platform, it's hard to work out alignment. - After the 2nd area save points are treated as a precious resource and you at times (at times not) have to go quite a while between them. The last area in particular, I clocked 10 minutes of mostly just moving with little fighting my final run when I reached the save point. All that said, while annoying, it's by no means a deal-breaker.

На скидках купил всю серию Ys до 9 части. Не часто такие вкусные скидки бывают у Faclom. Играл раньше в трилогию trails in the sky и ys origin. Прошел 1,2 часть и меня не хило так затянуло. Третья часть еще лучше. Да она линейная, но от этого хуже не становиться. Здесь все есть, за что мы любим Falcom. Офигенная музыка, красивые арты, проработка мелочей. Интересный сюжет и песонажи. Если вы хотите погрузиться в сказку + не боитесь, что вам порвут попку местные боссы, тогда очень рекомендую к покупке. Интересно, как проявит себя 4я часть. PS: Ласт босс меня изнасиловал на найтмайре. xD
