Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7.43/day in the week to Sep 11 → 10.14/day in the week after.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Expected more serious No Mans Sky. Expected Eve offline. Got the most fun and infuriating experience I've had in the last 5 years. You play space sim then you get tired and switch to RTS game that slowly evolves into grand strategy. Totally worth it!
This game is very frustrating. You need a PhD to work things out. It has bugs, janky animations (I watched an NPC run sideways with their arms flailing like a doll, and water shoot straight out of someone's feet instead of their hose), and voice acting where some characters whisper while others sound like they're standing right next to the mic. The default controls are a nightmare, so you'll want to change them straight away. The missions aren't clear about what they want from you either. One early mission told me to find a station and upload a virus without ever saying where to go. Turns out I had to scan for a random data leak hidden somewhere on a hostile pirate station, using an audio cue I almost missed. Another told me to deploy mines with no hotkey and no explanation, and when I finally found the right menu, it turned out I didn't even have any mines, something the game never told me I needed to buy. Then a later mission wanted me to plant a bomb costing over 90,000 credits when I'd started with only 10,000. I've failed missions and spent way longer than I should have just because the game never told me what I needed. As a new player, you're going to have a hard time. But if you don't mind the learning curve, there's a genuinely deep system underneath. Factions aren't just names on a map. They grow, shrink, and need resources just like you do. I watched Xenon push into Argon space, build a defense platform, and start wiping out ships and factories before the locals did much about it. You can help a faction grow, starve another of resources, or ignore the lot and watch the universe do its own thing. Long-term players already know about the jank and don't care anymore. They've heard the voice lines a hundred times, they're used to the animations glitching, and they've worked out the missions the hard way, including little traps like needing to select your ship on the map before you can actually give it an order, which isn't explained anywhere and cost me a good chunk of confused troubleshooting. They're not here for polish, they're here for the systems. Think of it as a budget, single-player version of EVE Online, or Dwarf Fortress with a coat of paint. If you've played Factorio and liked figuring things out rather than being told, you'll get the appeal. It's just nowhere near as polished as either of those. That's really the whole problem. It's a good game. You just need 20 to 40 hours to get past the sharp edges before you start seeing the smooth parts underneath. That's a big ask for a new player. So would I recommend it? Not yet. After years of updates and expansions, there's still far too much that needs fixing. If you can look past the broken parts, there's a real gem in here. Maybe I'll change my mind further in. Maybe I'll end up like one of those veteran players: Cypher looking at the Matrix, "All I see is blonde, brunette, redhead." Current recommendation: Not yet. Ask me again in 40 hours. And yes, written from my own 40+ hours in the game and got AI to grammar check and make it more understandable.
the game that ceep's on giving :)
no mans sky but the devs locked in with the combat
Excellent universe simulation, economy, station building, empire building. Fly yourself or manage from anywhere.
This game has so much potential, but it absolutely does not want you to play it. I had to run to Google for help figuring out the TUTORIALS. Barely into the "story mode" - such as it is - after constantly going back to the web to find out what to do and how to do it, the very first time the game throws hostiles at me and I'm totally overmatched and destroyed. I can't remember the last time a game tried this hard to make me quit. They've made a wonderfully complex system and refuse to tell you how to use it, or why.
