Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 25.86/day in the week to Sep 18 → 117.25/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 15: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Latest in each market: best CN #16, worst CA #94 · 10 markets collected

Muito bom missões muito boas. melhor que o primeiro. vale a pena
Bought this for $2 while it was on sale and really enjoyed WD1 so i decided to try it out. Things I Enjoyed: The gameplay is a complete upgrade from WD1 with much more to hack and more ways to take out enemies The customization is a little better you're not stuck with Aiden's infinite trench coats (which i thought were kinda cool until like halfway into the game but this isnt about wd1 sorry) but i did download a mod that adds like a bunch of new cosmetics. The city is fun to explore on foot and ive spent more time exploring and collecting stuff which i dont usually do but i ended up actually enjoying it in this game The online mode is active and you can have some fun moments The parkour feels good and the unnecessary backflips from a 1 foot drop is kinda funny The premise for CTOS is scarily accurate to what current elites want to make Marcus' 8 ball attached to a bungee chord is really cool and creative Dislikes: I really prefer the gunplay in WD1 and didn't really care for it in this game idk why The characters stay exactly the same throughout the entire story and never go through any development or major conflict between each other leaving them shallow and uninteresting. Theres moments where ubisoft had the chance to do something, like when
wrench got his mask taken and it revealed how insecure he is which couldve opened possibilities for character development but, instead you just go and steal it back and wrench never brings it up again and goes back to making penis jokes after you shoot up a bunch of security workers to get one thing
. I thought Sitara was gonna be an interesting character but you never really have any alone time with any of the main cast to really find out who they are. Josh was somewhat interesting since he has Asperges (i hope i spelt that right) but again you never really get to learn about him since you're always in a group setting with each character. Idk why Raymond Kenney is back but he's the only genuinely funny character so its okay. Same with Jordi too i enjoyed his performance in WD1 and his side mission. Aiden Pearce also comes back wearing the same stinky trench coat and you can wear it after completing the side mission so you can larp as aiden pearce. I really enjoyed the Horatio mission in the invite HQ and the side part of the mission where he gets racially profiled and you can get the racist dude in trouble and allows to learn a little bit about Horatio and what he goes through as a black man in a white dominated workplace. Also going down the slides is cool. I really was uninterested in the story and found myself not doing the missions after a while in favor of exploring and doing other things throughout the city
Horatio dies after getting 1 mission focused on him and then is never brought up again. They also gave him the worst outfit out of all of them
The characters dialogue is very annoying sometimes with it making sense considering it was released in 2016 but there are some moments when the dialogue was funny This is just my personal preference but i feel like this game wouldve been so much better if it had the same tone as the first game why tf are the characters lobotomized and in eternal bliss while the government is actively hunting them down there isnt ♥♥♥♥ to be smiling about As per usual theres a bunch of dlcs i wont bother buying Conclusion: Theres definitely major flaws with the writing of story and characters but the gameplay and city make up for it. You can do alot of things outside of the main story and theres a mod like for WD1 that adds more to do around the city making the game worth coming back to in order to explore and do side activities. Would recommend if you can look past the poorly done story and the characters that ubisoft tried to make alt but instead made them loser hippies.
