Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Sep 14 → 0.5/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 14: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

A great game with a nice writing and a perfect length. The only gripe that I have with this game are skill checks - they are horrendous. Not only are they chance-based, it also takes like 5 seconds per try and it feels like the math doesn't math, like 60% success chance usually goes fail - fail - crit fail, which means no more tries for you, and it is really frustrating. Like really, anything under 90% is unreliable as hell. Other than that, the game was an awesome experience all the way, highly recommend for the fans of fallout 1/2 and post-apocalyptic aesthetic overall.
A marked improvement over the original and remaster of Wasteland, that blends together the feeling of XCOM and Fallout 1/2, that makes this IP worthy of standing on its own. Strangely this game also somehow explains the story and makes the story of the original Wasteland make more sense than when playing that game. Graphics are serviceable even if not impressive, but the game did make good stylistic choices such as the typewriter UI and the art cards for NPCs you interact with. The combat and stat system is a bit of a hurdle to learn, but if you put in the time it works out well enough. Though sadly this makes an early game difficulty spike if you don't want to watch a video on what the stats do and how to build effective characters. Sadly as well weapon and armor balance is also a bit of a mess in this one, due to how they decided to implement energy weapons and armor. While the companions in this game are nice the game does have a bit of an issue with saddling NPC companions with bad stat spreads and this game lacks any sort of retraining system if a character you want around has skill overlap with your Rangers. Animal companions, while a nice addition are also borderline useless with how easily they die and how suicidal their AI is. Like the first Wasteland one of the biggest flaws in this game is the noticeable difficulty spikes, which in this one is at its worst in the transition from the first to second map. There is also at times severe encounter imbalance in the second map where you won't find the weaker enemies until after the end game ones, which majorly screws up gear progression in the second half as well.
Wasteland 2 is party-based CRPG set in a fused post-nuclear/old-west environment. Characters are based on the CLASSIC attribute system, with one (optional) quirk available at creation. On top of this are layered perks and skills, which are gained on level-up (as opposed to attributes which remain largely static save for a few points). Your party may hold up to four custom characters (created at start-up) and up to three unique characters recruited during your adventures. You squad acts as desert rangers (i.e. the law) and will alternate between travelling the overworld (in which random encounters, usually fights, will be found) and travelling within set locations. Within the set locations you will interact with NPCs, interact with the environment, interact with skill-based items (safes, explosives, toasters), and engage in grid-based combat. Combat is based on an action-point system, which encompasses both moving and attacking. A moderate amount of range-based weaponry (shotguns, pistols, sniper rifles, etc.) is available, alongside some melee options. My impressions below are based on my one game played on normal difficulty through most of Act 1 (at which I point I quit). Pros: ++ The environment and characters are authentic to the old-west/nuclear theme. ++ The characters and story are well done and compelling. + The inventory system is adequate. Cons: --- The tactical combat is severely lacking and extremely repetitive. Some of this opinion may be an artifact of me playing on normal difficulty, but there weren’t typically a lot of decisions to be made. “See closest guy, maximize hit probability, shoot closest guy.” Outside of a leadership aura, there are no party-wide buffs, no reason for AOE attacks (enemies don’t typically bunch and shotguns suck anyway), and no real reason to go melee. --- Needing to get somewhere, by going through another area (or two) on foot is extremely painful. I hate games where I need to watch loading screens followed by my entire party hoofing it across an area, over and over. -- The equipment progression was slow and boring. I was never really excited by any loot drops, including things found in safes. -- Most skills are geared to RPG type of stuff (which is fine if that is your focus) but aren’t at all focused on the battles. You basically need one character to have a skill-level high enough for each type of “roadblock” (safes, explosive, toasters, speech checks, hacking, computers) to meet the increasing demands of the increasingly difficult areas, but your party never feels like it is getting any stronger (since you just continue to pass the roadblocks as you always have). -- The is no reason, nor are there enough skill points, to go dual weapon. So, each toon will use the same weapon the whole game and do roughly the same thing in each battle. - Devastating outcomes occur as a result of seemingly innocent choices (or sometimes no choices at all). As a personal preference, I generally dislike when the application of “choices matter” is heavy-handed, especially when the outcome of those choices is obtuse at decision time. Obviously, some folks like/love this aspect of RPGs (they are RPGs after all), but as someone who is focused on the character building and combat aspects, I found some of these quests difficult to achieve in a manner I wanted without resorting to wiki. - Weapon jams are unfun and didn’t add much to the tactical battles for me. Summary: I did enjoy my time with this game for the first 15 hours or so. Character creation was in-depth and enjoyable. The characters, stories, and quests were compelling. However, the entire experience was completely weighed-down by the dull and repetitive combat, along with the feeling that my characters weren’t really getting any stronger in ways I cared about. Ultimately, just moving around the map became a slog, both in loading screens and constant walking as well as in combat, leading me to quit near the end of Act 1. Some spoilers for the boss fight also indicated that one of my characters would be completely taken over, which also soured me in advance. It seems that this game has broad appeal from other reviews, so I seem to be in the minority, but I would still caution those whose primary thrust is character progression contributing to tactical combat. Overall: 4.5/10
Tremenda obra de arte 20/10 y GOD
I don't like turn-based games as much, but this one was special, truly captivating from the start till the end.
an amazing game if you're a fan of top down RPG's. I would personally even place this above the original two fallout games
One of the games that kicked off the crpg renaissance of the 2k10s, still holds up really well. Has some jank to it but nothing that takes away from the whole of the experience. Still a pretty solid playthrough.
