Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Jul 30 → 1.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Take point as a US police officer leading a SWAT unit. High-risk calls demand more than just fast reflexes — they require a plan. From the initial breach to the final "all clear", you must maintain tight control, room by room, ensuring every entry is executed with professional precision.
Whether you're running singleplayer with a responsive AI squad or coordinating with other players in online co-op through private or public lobbies, use the classic SWAT-style command system or voice chat to direct your team through the chaos.
No two interventions play out the same. SWAT Commander’s missions are unpredictable by design as living tactical sandboxes where the variables shift every time you deploy.
Diverse Environments: Navigate high-tension standoffs in an office complex, industrial factory, rural farm, sprawling residential estate, and more.
Unpredictable Factors: With every playthrough, suspect positions change, weather shifts, and lighting transitions from day to night, forcing you to adapt your tactics rather than relying on memorization.
Multiple Game Modes: Each mission features distinct modes to keep the gameplay fresh and the threat level unpredictable.
Fine-tune your experience with mission customization. Beyond conventional difficulty selection, you can specify nearly every property of your intervention: push NPC counts up or down, switch archetypes, and apply different behavior presets. You can even pull NPCs from other missions into the one you’re playing, creating setups that feel handcrafted — or completely unhinged.
Success is decided in the briefing room. Select your squad’s loadout based on the mission profile. First, choose between serious firepower and less-lethal implements for your weapon options, then back them up with tools for safer entries and cleaner clears in your dedicated tactical utility slots, and finally customize weapons with attachments and ammo types to improve handling and control, so your kit fits the space, the lighting, and the pace of the fight.
In SWAT operations, there is no room for error. Stay vigilant, stay disciplined, and respect the "fatal funnel." Every corner turned is a risk; every room cleared is a hard-won victory.
Put on the uniform, take command, and bring the situation under control — one room at a time.

Feels more like a half baked ready or not clone then its own game. Hit reg is often just non existent in MP. There are like 5 weapons in the game all with basically 0 customization. And it feels really poorly playable. Sure it has some cool looking maps and sure the explosions are dope but that doesn't take away that commanding swat units is a really big pile of steaming trash (much worse then Ready or Not) and everything is incredibly finnicky. Game also is somewhat poorly optimized, as it often ran on barely 45FPS which I rarely see games have for me. (For comparison Ready or Not, Operator, Gray zone warfare and a bunch more games easily run on 60+ 1% lows FPS) All in all, was not worth it even with a discount and thus both me and my friend refunded it.
I'll definitely return in the future, but there is absolutely potential in this game. Tried it due to some kind words toward it by Face Full of Eyes on Youtube, in his RoN video. I too am tired of RoN's violent approach to this genre. Some thoughts: -environments are good enough, and can be quite detailed. However, they can look quite empty in other situations, mainly due to being overly large. -scenarios have interesting elements (like the dogfighting ring), but overall feel like they're just checking off boxes. I like some of their depictions of brutality, however like RoN, there's little thematic setup. They sorta appear and that's it. I would've preferred if they poured all their momentum into fewer, more crafted missions. Special dialogue, music, animations, etc would've been nice. They don't need to be elaborate, just believable and with effort. -controls are fine, but as of now, characters lack weight. It feels floaty enough for me to have trouble placing myself. -sound feels kinda muted. Shootouts are not as loud and upsetting as they probably should be. In fact, sometimes it's hard to determine if you're being shot at and requires seeing a muzzle flash. Police voice acting/writing is generally poor, in contrast to the relatively good suspect/civilian acting. -I was under the impression this would be a less combative take on the SWAT genre. I had not noticed any large difference between SWAT Commander and RoN as far as engagements, other than the overall NPC count being lower. Almost all interactions are instant shoots or hitting F for compliance. There are some animations that suggest grey decisions, but I believe they're predetermined right/wrong. This has something going on--I just wish some of their priorities were rearranged. I hope to see this team's progress soon!

RoN player and (small) modder here, STAY THE ♥♥♥♥ AWAY FROM THIS ASSET FLIP GAME AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ON SOMETHING ELSE. Pros: None. Cons: The entire game itself.
Ready or Not > SWAT Commander
If you like Ready or Not... go play that instead! Game runs like ♥♥♥♥, is unenjoyable, and is nothing more than a mid tier clone.
Я охренел когда в операции Blue Hoster увидел девушку со СВЕТЯЩИМСЯ ДИЛДАКОМ
The game is good. The text needs to be big enough to read. Hope it gets verified for SD because sometimes it feels a little rough while playing, but it's playable. It's a good, slow, tactical gameplay with planning and commands/orders. All the best developers, hope we get a smooth gameplay soon!
For all intents and purposes this is a straight remake of SWAT 4. It's a functional tactical shooter, but very little flavor and lacks a lot of needed polish. The main negatives are very wonky, stiff looking animations; as well as AI that is VERY slow to react and exhibits weird buggy behavior at times. Also suspects can be very bullet spongy for some reason. I've seen many times where a suspect will be wearing body armor that allows him to tank several rifle rounds to the head. Graphics and atmosphere are on point (for a SWAT 4 remake), but sound is quite weak. Guns, grenades, explosives, and battering rams are all weirdly quiet. If the gameplay is tightened up a lot while still in EA this can be a great game. Personally I would like to see more variety besides local PD simulation, like FBI Hostage Rescue, and counter terror missions.
关卡做的非常好 枪械系统丰富、 因为我电脑配置不行,显卡才2GB,能否打开全看电脑心情 但每次打开时都会给我很震撼的沉浸感 非常硬核,如果有朋友一起玩就更好了
