Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Sep 8 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

So, about pros of this game: -As a WH 40K fan it is a pleasure to finaly play as someone who isn't Astartes and against someone who isn't orks or Chaos. -This game is a lot of fun (for the first playthrough at least): from rough start where you know nothing of the game and have nothing to fight with, to relaxing walk with solar atomiser, infinite cognition and practical immortality in the late game. -It runs perfectly even on my potato laptop. -Sound, level and design in general is peak. And last, but certanly not least - the soundtrack is fire. Now for the cons: -It ungodly eats your time. It is not as annoying in the first playthrough, but after doing three for 100% achievements, unskipable animations become too frustrating to watch. -Some of the skilltrees, troops and equipment are objectively better then the rest. Sure, i can buff my Alpha ranger for a litle bit more damage and armor, but infinite cognition, 25 damage deathbeam with 100% critrate (read armor penetration) that can hit half the enemies on the field is a lot better option. TLDR - i recomend you to play this game. I do not recomend you to 100% it.

I love this game! It took a while to get the grasp of it but once I understood the game mechanics it became really fun and entertaining. I love to level up and gear up my TechPriest, seeing them evolve from nothing to true walking tanks is amazing. Story and lore from WH40K is interesting and I have never learnt so much about Necrons that now I enjoy learning more from them. Soundtrack is EPIC, definitely my favourite thing from this game, epic mechanical sounds with cathedral chants and electronic elements.... I am in love with the soundtrack!!
great game, as expected
40k XCOM, where you use cybernetic monks to fight undead Egyptian alien terminators, one of the best 40k games out there, and a great turn based strategy game.
Fun tactics game in the WH40K universe. It doesn't really open very much, after you play a couple levels you've pretty much seen everything. The core gameplay was enough for me to finish it though.
After 78 hours my opinion: (its my first Warhammer 40k game) Positives: The vocie acting with the made-up Mechanicus "machine language" is genius solution and i love it! Characters individuality and interractions are interesting, sometimes funny, very creative and they respect the 40k Lore. It is great introduction to the Mechanicus and the Necros. Playable and replayable, graphics are good, sounds are very pleasent and the music is Epic! Althought it needs some variety, or might be just me - hungry for more Mechanicus inspired tracks! Come conmcerns: IMHO some elements of the game gives off a slight "unfinished" or "unpolished" vibe. Not in the bad way, but more like a charming features. Can't even be mad about them. For example the "tech tree" is morte like a stamp collection, it shows what you have but can't research or upgrade anything in there. I hear that is somewhat alligned with the rules in the 40k Universe, where all technological advancements are due to finding machines, artifacts or blueprints but from my research Mechanicus are indeed inventors and creators... But i'm not going to pretend to be an expert. Its just my "Tourist" opinion! Overall - amazig game both for the nerds and for the new players in the 40k Universe.
Better than Xcom
