Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Valheim is a collaborative exploration and survival game for 1-10 players set in a procedurally generated world inspired by Norse mythology. Craft powerful weapons, construct elaborate halls, and slay mighty foes to prove yourself to Odin!

Discover an immersive procedurally generated world, with different biomes that each have their distinct environments, unique resources and dangerous enemies. Become a Viking and sail the open seas in search of lands unknown, alone or with up to nine friends!

The Tenth World has been corrupted by hateful forces, in the shape of mighty regional bosses known as the Forsaken. Hone your skills with axes, blades and bows, and prepare yourself by crafting the very best equipment – for it is only by defeating these Forsaken that you will advance in your progress and prove yourself to the Allfather.

Raise Viking longhouses and build bases that offer reprieve from the dangers ahead. Whether you build a small shelter, an entire village or a mountain-side fortress, defence and structural integrity are important, as is decorating it for maximum comfort!

As you discover new materials, you will learn new recipes for crafting, building and cooking – all that a Viking might need! The food system is rewarding rather than punishing, granting you boons and benefits depending on what you eat, and is directly tied to the combat system, where your health and stamina might be just the thing that makes a difference between life and death.
Community-translated languages
In addition to the officially supported languages, Valheim has several community-translated languages. As the name would suggest, these are all translated by fans and members of the community, and the process is frequently ongoing. Thus, we cannot guarantee the quality or completeness of any specific translation.
Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Updates
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

Reviews
Valheim is an empty world. Which is what you get with a procedurally generated world, it may be big, but it is empty in the sense that there really isn't a mission besides killing some bosses, sure you can build, but whats the point if the world is empty? The size of the world just serves to pad the game and it just feel like a waste of time and because it's generated everything always feel the same and areas just don't feel unique no matter if every generated world is different you''l always know what to expect.
The game with the most replayability I have ever experienced. There are so many ways to approach it. The base game is full of options, play it as a hardcore combat game...or as a hardcore survival game... or as a casual exploration game... or as a simple survival game... or as a complicated building game...and so much more. I have started from scratch with enthusiasm over and again. The best money I have ever spent on a game.

Super igra. Zasad jedino to i igram..
The game chooses to store you player progress locally instead of on the server, so if you happen to crash, you lose progress and possibly unique items.

Really good game...challenging and creative. I like that you can adjust the difficulty to tailor the game to your playstyle.
Waste of time.
Valheim is genuinely one of those games where you boot it up thinking “I’ll play for like an hour” and suddenly it’s 3 AM and you’re building a medieval Scandinavian suburb in the middle of nowhere The atmosphere is immaculate. Sailing through fog, hearing the music kick in, finding a new biome, building a cozy ass house after getting absolutely violated by a troll… peak gaming. The progression is also really satisfying. Every biome actually feels like an achievement, and finally getting the gear you’ve been grinding toward feels incredible. That being said, the game is NOT perfect. The inventory system is kinda criminal, resource gathering can become a full-time job, and sometimes the grind gets a little too grindy. Some mechanics also feel like they were designed specifically to waste your time But honestly? That's part of the charm. Valheim is at its best when you stop treating it like a game you need to “finish” and just start doing stupid ♥♥♥♥ with your friends. 9/10 beautiful, atmospheric, addictive as hell, occasionally frustrating for no reason. Would absolutely recommend.
