About
In ARC Raiders, gameplay flows between the surface ruled by lethal machines, and the vibrant underground society of Speranza. Craft, repair, and upgrade your gear in the safety of your own workshop, before venturing topside to scavenge the remnants of a devastated but beautiful world. Play solo or in parties up to three, navigating the constant threat of ARC's machines and the unpredictable choices of fellow survivors. In the end, only you decide what kind of Raider you are - and how far you’ll go to prevail.
Explore four distinct maps at launch, with more to be revealed as the underground society evolves and expands its reach. Each destination carries the weight of a world twice-destroyed, and the scars of conflicts both old and new. Sift through the remnants for valuable loot, and piece together the past as it's slowly reclaimed by nature. Evolving map conditions ensure that no two runs are the same, with varying weather, enemies, and mechanics adding unpredictability and danger.
In a society built on boldness and bravado, it is up to you to stake your claim as a Raider. The loot you scavenge can be sold for coin or crafted into all-new gear, allowing you take on increasingly lethal dangers head-on. Through both victories and hardships, you'll gain valuable experience; unlocking varied skills that enable all-new ways of play. In addition, you'll complete quests for Traders with differing motives and agendas; uncovering both the friction and comradery of a community under constant threat of collapse.
Lethal machines known as ARC rule the surface, ranging from unrelenting drone swarms to mechanical giants that obliterate everything in their path. Their origins remain a mystery, but their ever-present danger is felt with every step you take. Each machine comes with distinct strengths and tactics, forcing you to pinpoint their weak spots and constantly think on your feet. And remember: the noise of battle carries. Other Raiders may be listening; eager to claim what you leave behind.
Raiders survive by kitbashing scavenged materials; using long-lost tech and looted ARC parts to craft weapons, gadgets, and gear. Upgrade your workshop stations and learn blueprints to craft even more advanced items, or improvise quick fixes in the field to get yourself out of a bind. As you make a name for yourself, you'll be able to measure your skill against other Raiders by taking on Trials; rising through the leaderboards to earn valuable rewards.
In Speranza, everyone has an agenda, and the Traders are no different. They’ll send you topside on missions in exchange for rewards, slowly revealing more about who they are and what they want for Speranza’s future. Complete quests to earn gear, crafting materials, and XP to level up your Raider and unlock new skill points.
The ARC Raiders skill tree branches into three paths: Survival, Mobility, and Conditioning. Spend your points to shape your playstyle. Loot faster and move quieter with Survival skills. Outmaneuver your opponents and threats with Mobility. And enhance your Strength and Stamina with Conditioning. Choose how you grow and what your Raider brings to the battle.
Whether you’re preparing to take down specific ARC enemies or fend off rival Raiders, there's a choice of weaponry for every fight. Cater to your style with a range of firearms including SMGs, rifles and shotguns, as well as more advanced options such as railguns and energy weapons. Grenades, traps, ziplines and deployables offer the tactical depth needed to outsmart your enemies, while augments allow you to tailor your loadout to your preferred playstyle; unlocking dedicated inventory slots and additional gameplay perks.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 17: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Watching this game slowly die is genuinely so sad. There is tons of potential here.

One of the best games i have ever played.

The absurd amount of cheating in anything but the safest of lobbies is astounding.
There is a lack of end-game progression. You max out workbenches and that's kinda it.
If the october update does not rectify these issues, the game will most likely keep bleeding players until it either just fades into obscurity or is shut down.

Please Embark, I am begging you.

Fix this game because there is nothing else like it.
I simply will not recommend this game anymore moving forward. Embark lost all its credibility and I am grateful it's over. A game where you exchange your time and energy fighting and trading for junk, only to eventually have some sub-human take it from you. Save your money and don't spend it on games like this one.
I bought this game to play with my son, understanding it is PvPvE. I didn't realise that we would essentially unable to play together as every time we do, we are usually killed within a few minutes of the start of the round, at the edges of the maps. We are often not looted and just left for dead (we have the cheap guns and stuff anyway). There seem to be a large number of players who just snipe from rooftops and bridges, I guess just for the kills. Very frustrating to try and collect materials together to upgrade workbenches etc and complete quests. If I play solo, it's much better and you can experience a great game, where you can explore and loot and kill arc. I have been resuscitated a couple of times by strangers in solo play. So, if you are a new starter, and want to play this game with another new starter, I would give it a miss. If you play solo, then it's mostly a great game; but that's not why I bought it!
maybe listen to the comunity and do a f###ing pve mode (oh wait they done it on the chinese version) , got eliminated 3 times IN A ROW by rats and then i get spawned at the 19 th minute , really? i mean really? , or maybe how the logic is not in the room when i comes to this game , put a skin to weekly trader and if i want to put the scarf on i have to buy the skin that i already own ? lmao , or the audacity of how you put the weekly trader refresh 3 hours after the expedition window so player who grinded arc cores can't trade and have to grind again with a fresh wipe and no weapons really nice (i am sarcastic , i have to explain it because these ,,developers,, seem to be a little ,,slow,,)
embark doesn't care about cheaters or this game since they're working on 2 new games, stop wasting time on this pile of trash.
A game that i used to play day and night solo and with my friends it was just too good 8+ hours a day my first and best extraction game but my question to Embark arc raiders devs , Where did it all go wrong ? what happened i thought we had a "10 years plan" ahead of us but I guess not sadly
Unfortunately the PvP aspect of this game no longer exists. Every fight you have is against a cheater, it is so obvious because you die in a few seconds and then you check their Steam account and it’s always 1-2 level… I loved this game, I have played 600+ in total and nothing gave me this satisfaction in years, but Embark is working on new projects so they can make more money instead of actually fixing their good game. Anyone with brain cells, jobs and friends spare yourselves from the disappointment and play any other game.
Want a fun game where you PVE and craft weapons. This isn't It. I love the world, love the AI enemies but that's all ruined by player killers. The guns you need to kill the big Robots are expensive, and no good for defending yourself against player killers. They'll wait until you've taken the big enemy down, and then when you're collecting your loot they'll take you out. There's no way of telling who's a player killer and who isn't. This will happen again and again. Until if you quit. If you just like killing people and taking their stuff? Goood for you just found your new favourite game. You should also see your doctor about your small testicles. You won't be killing me because me, I'm done.
