Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

It's F.E.A.R. but worse

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

not enough dps
Trepang2 clearly wants to be a spiritual successor to FEAR—fast, brutal, stylish gunfights—but the opening hour doesn’t earn that comparison. It’s loud, messy, and visually overwhelming, with combat that feels more like button‑mashing spectacle than tight, tactical gunplay. There’s potential buried under the chaos, but the first impression is more frustrating than fun.
At first the game felt good, snappy movement, swift slides, slo mo, cloak and satisfying kills. But then the game starts to bleed out from a thousand small cuts 1) Keybinds remapping is a pain 2) Sprinting has priority over shooting and shooting does not cancel sprinting, making you run awkwardly in gun fights 3 ) Enemies are confusing in their mechanics and the game does not help you understand them, especially the tanky ones. 4) Game does not help you understand it's primary mechanic of stamina regen when you click enemies and does not reward you for engaging with it. 5) Game seems to want you to jump from enemy to enemy in close quarters since you can't ADS and be precise with most weapons but makes enemies stay in packs of 12 at the end of long corridors. 6) Loot, syphon and ammo is confusing. 7) Map design is rather poor and annoying to traverse I lost it trying to beat the 3rd level where you have to hack terminals, playing on hard difficulty it seems like it becomes a game of RNG. Enemies stay in packs of 9 at all entries of the room, slo mo does not help you beam them down as when you're down killing that pack, another one from the other end of the room comes in to sweep your 5 leftover HPs. You have to get semi close to properly beam down the enemies but the game punishes you actually engaging in the fight. Most enemies are bullet sponges with no precision / skill mechanic to better defeat them. Or if there is, in 2 hours of playtime the game did not bother to clue me to them. This game suffers from a heavy lack of polish and it feels like the game designers did not play their game extensively. The positive side is that it's still cool to see these sort of games pop on the market. Game has a lot of potential.
SPOILER WARNING!!!
I loved when John Trepang trepanged all over the place
