Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Break free of the grid in Town to City: a cozy city builder that invites you to create a beautiful and bustling community.
Freely place houses, shops, and amenities and natural elements to delight your residents and encourage new families to move in. As your population grows, so can your ambitions: create multiple towns that can grow alone or thrive together, helping the whole region develop and prosper.
In story or sandbox mode, you're free to build at your own pace, placing each flower bed with pixel precision, or prioritise growing your economy and developing your town into a thriving city.
Truly grid-less building sets you free to lay out your town however you like. Plan out carefully ordered rows of houses and city districts, or grow outwards organically with residences, amenities, parks and plazas connected by winding streets and alleys. Freely shape the land beneath your feet with terraforming tools for elevation, water, and terrain.
Beautify your settlement to your heart's content with a plethora of customisation options. Set up lighting, plant flowers and wooded parks, and decorate houses and buildings to complement or contrast. With gorgeous voxel graphics as a base and plenty of tools for fine-tuning, it's easy to create something beautiful that you'll want to capture with the in-game photo mode or stroll through in first-person view.
As your town flourishes, you’ll need to meet the needs of your growing population. Provide amenities that will cater for everyone – from workers to artisans and the bourgeoisie – alongside specific requests by individual residents. Get to know each person as they arrive in town, and watch them settle down to form new families in the homes you built for them with pets and livestock by their side.
Assign workers to jobs, research new buildings and decorations, and boost your sleepy settlement into a bustling centre of commerce. As you expand beyond the bounds of your first town, you'll pursue new developments in farming and tourism by building new towns, all connected by trade and travel routes.

Don't buy this, the game itself is actually fun but it basically doesnt run on most computers/laptops and they just blame you for it. If i can run bigass games with no issue on my gaming laptop i sure as hell shouldnt have issues with this game and their FAQ section is basically just telling you it's your GPU every time. There use to be no issues when i played this like a year ago but yeah no good anymore, i also googled to make sure it wasnt just a "me" thing..... it is not.
tutto molto bello, ma che ci vuole a tradurre il gioco anche in Italiano ? Dai siamo nell'era dell'ia non si riesce a farlo?

Even though I haven't played as many hours as my other games yet, I must say there's something potentially soothing and relaxing about how this game builds up. It really is a cool "on-the-side" game which you can honestly keep on running without having to pay much attention to it "all the time" if you are playing it right! Gives me the Dorfromatik vibes but in a different genre!
Game crashes for seemingly no reason constantly
非常好玩,开始还以为体验感一般,结果一玩停不下来,上手指引很简单,适合随时开半小时建设城市,整体流程下来没什么压力,就是这群刁民能不能不要一天到晚要住在远离人群的地方,咱们这哪有地啊!
Satisfying city builder with lots of cozy elements. Gameplay is intuitive and the ability to place decorations anywhere is toooooo good. Addictive :)))
What a beautiful game. It's a great experience; very creative and satisfying. Highly recommend if you like the city builder genera. Love that it's not about killing or war, just managing a town. I bought this game post release (I don't pay for early access).
I spend 120 hours already on this game. And I just realized that this game is just released yesterday, lolll. I don't even remember that I played the early access because this game is THAT good y know. I haven't touch it lately cuz I'm still waiting for the new map to open. I hope it already did today hehe, love u Town to City <3
Really fun game design and art style is really nice, I like the manual aspect of building a city unlike with city skylines were you zone areas and get no say in how the buildings turn out. Having loads of fun. 10/10 would recommend.
Genuinely the best city builder I've played. It's cute, cosy and not overly stressful. Feed the people cheese and they are happy.
