Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Sep 2 → 1.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I came from Tower3d pro for the updated airports and flight schedules and found that the speech recognition is much much faster on tower 3D pro. It isnt even worth the 30$ on sale price with the amount of bugs and voicing issues. My personal complaint highlights include - Callsign grouping will register things such as Fifty-nine (59) as Fifty Niner (509) - 2-7 second delay between calling aircraft and it being registered by the game making it faster to just click everything or needing to constantly pause at airports like KLAX to salvo off the commands before unpausing it. - Optimization is awful, zooming in will cause my framerate to go from 40 to 20 and I require it just to look at the atc screens. - KRDU's runway 14 causes any inbound aircraft to get confused upon landing and refuse to taxiback. - Aircraft will not hold short properly at intersections causing 2 of them to get stuck. Please for the love of god make the speech detection faster. That is my biggest gripe and ruins both immersion and gameplay
I found female voice as ATC seems not recognized well any ways to make it better ?

First of all: with the new AI recog the sim is very good. The AI is not the best but its better thaan the generic recognition system of the game. One of my favorite Airports is EDDH (for those not into the ICAO language -> its Hamburg) Hamurg is a "small" and good managible airport which can be operated alone. There are some things that bother me quit a bit. First at this Airport are three Taxiways called Z1Blueline, Z1 and Z1Orange and as many people know in real life those were used to seperate medium sized aircrafts. This function is not applicable for that airport in this ATC Sim. For example when you have an Aircraft comming to the Terminal (Arrival) and you have another one as Departure the best option is to seperate them as follows: one is pushing onto orange line and the other is taxiing on the blueline. That is not possible because the game things that those two Aircrafts won't fit but in reallife this is common use. Furthermore to let Traffic taxi onto the blueline you need to say "Taxi via Z1 Bravo" which is phraseology wise not correct! It needs to be "Taxi via Z1 Blueline". Also and that mechanic would be perfect... Is there an option to push aircrafts on specific taxiways and directions. In reality in Hamburg the standard push is onto Z1 (Departure from Terminal) but all aircraft except the big ones automatically push onto Z1Orange which is okay but normally ATC need to tell the pilots specific intructions for that. Is it possible to wish for a nicer UI for the maps?? ;) Oh and on thing for EDDH... Arrivals always tend to taxi onto Z1Orange eventhough I specifically said "Taxi to Teminal via Z3 Z1Bravo" i.e. they swing onto Z1Orange right before getting into the parking position. On last thing: Cleared for takeOff means cleared for take off, not stopping onto the runway and lining up and than takeoff. Please fix those things and this sim will get even better than it is now!!! Maybe some of you (developers) have purchased the MSFS2024 and have access to the flight planner website. LIDO Charts are perfect for designing the map UI?;)
Bought the game expecting an air traffic control. What I got was: - Air traffic control - Workload management training - Situational awareness training - A lesson in how quickly tunnel vision develops - A surprisingly effective way to observe my own decision-making under pressure the game is far from perfect: Speech recognition can be frustrating and occasionally seems determined to have a conversation with a tractor instead of the controller. There are bugs and some odd aircraft behaviours. The DLC pricing is difficult to justify at full price. However, after 30 hours I keep coming back. The airports feel genuinely different. The game rewards good workflow and punishes overload, which makes eveery session feel like a challenge rather than a routine. If you are looking for a casual and easy airport game, this may not be for you. If you enjoy aviation, ATC, complex systems, optimisation, and discovering exaclty when your brain starts saying "I'll do this later", Tower! Simulator 3 is surprisingly engaging. Highly recommended!
Ohhh this is super fun. I was on the fence on getting this seeing the reviews, amount of DLC, the existence of VATsim...But I wanted to get my hands on ATC without the hassle of reading a bunch of manuals beforehand and going through the pressure of multiplayer and from the YT videos I saw, Tower! Sim 3 seemed fun. And ohhhh boy it is! In a couple of hours I was already having fun and I started from almost scratch with just some basic knowledge. And since then I've been playing this like a fulltime worked, still waiting to get paid? I'll be quick about the pros: the game is really fun, interacting in the 3D world is amazing and you feel like you're really an ATC controller. I'd say the base game is completely worth it (maybe wait for a sale) and that itself already means great hours of fun. Having said that, I'd say the Nyerges World + Color mod is pretty essential to the experience to provide IRL callsigns, liveries, 3d models and schedules. It just adds a whole new layer of realism to the game. There are custom mods like airports and some really cool ones and tools to convert Nyerges schedules to base game compatible ones so even if you just own the base game itself you can have hundreds of hours of fun. Regarding the cons, I see where some reviews are coming from, if the voice recognition fails it could mean you're heading for a major mistake since at times this can be a high pressure game and that could be frustrating. But it never happened with me, voice recognition now seems perfect (never tried the non neural method/before neural update). AI pilot voices are great too, would love even more variety to it. The commands seem realistic but there are times when it feels a bit limited, and you just have to delete a plane which doesn't feel too realistic (for example when a plane faces each other or a dead end). I also found some quirks and small bugs, mostly related to pathfinding. So far nothing game breaking though (there was a pathfinding bug/quirk I found where the plane got stuck in a state after being sent to take off at a specific taxiway and it had to be directed to a particular intersection to be "unlocked"). The DLC are extensive and overpriced but aren't needed to have fun. I love the devs keep supporting the game and I don't mind buying more content like airports for example but it adds up a lot on top of everything else which is already pretty expensive. Let's not even talk about the MIYO DLC which seems like some kind of user mod/dev menu that should be included in the base game. Then you also have additional mods to provide IRL callsigns, liveries, 3d models and schedules. I bought Nyerges which amounted to almost twice the price I paid for the game (25 euros for the game, 40 for Nyerges, both on sale) but I'd say that mod is pretty essential to the experience. tldr; The game is really fun. Base game on sale is worth it, Nyerges World+Color is pretty essential to the experience and it can be more expensive that the base game itself.
I need DLC pack real traffic livery on this
Giving Tower Simulator 3 a negative review breaks my heart. It’s not at all a bad game, on the contrary, it looks stunning and performs well for me. I was incredibly excited for the new voices and commands update as I though it would enhance the ATC (Air Traffic Control) experience to an even higher level. How wrong I was… As someone who primarily plays with Heathrow, I use British commands authentic to NATS (the UK’s ATC provider). I though that understanding these various commands would be a piece of cake for an AI recognizer. However, the AI seems to be worse than the old recognition system! Here are two basic commands that I used all the time that are now broken: 1) Push and start approved, face west. This is the first command I tried and the AI couldn’t understand a word of it. Not good first impressions. 2) Taxi to Loman. Loman is just one of many holding points I get planes to taxi to at Heathrow. However, the AI just says “Unknown_Loman”. Both these commands worked fine before the update (the first was part of my custom commands set). Now, neither of them work. Credit where credit is due though, ‘surface wind 290 degrees 8 knots’ works fine. ‘Behind the departing/arriving aircraft, runway 27 left line up and wait behind’ should also be supported too. ‘Taxi to company gate’ should also be an arrival option. This is extremely disappointing as the new AI recognizer was marketed to ‘let you talk like a real controller instead of a robot.’ Real controllers have specific phraseology and this marketing makes me expect this to be supported. I just feel like the commands are too American based with no room for international variation. At the very least, the game should allow you to accessibly enter your very own custom commands. Ideally, the AI should support any phraseology of your choosing as long as it vaguely resembles the command. There is also an annoying bug where planes don’t hold short of runways at the actual holding point. Instead, they wait behind the adverse weather holding point even when the weather is perfect. This never used to happen and if it’s a feature, can we have the option to change it? In terms of the second part of the update, the voices, aren’t authentic either. I mostly hear American voices with hardly any international variation. I was expecting that there would be airline and country specific voices and accents. However, all I keep getting are American pilots in all my British Airways planes. In fact, every plane! If there is a British Airways plane, the pilots are more likely to have a British accent. If it’s Air France, a French accent. Etc, etc, etc, etc, etc. Overall, I feel the game has gone backwards in terms of improvements. I hope that all the recent reviews will act as motivation to improve the systems to what they really should have been. When that day comes, I will be more than happy to amend my review. Until then, I can’t recommend.

is gud
Don't get me wrong I've always like aviation simulators and I would for sure recommend this to other interested players in the genre BUT the game requires paid DLC for you to change airport lighting and weather and real airlines. Make sure to talk clearly and with volume when communicating to aircraft. :3
